I paid $163.00 to have my daughter's mobile phone screen repaired on 07/21/24. Afterwards, my daughter put her schoolbooks on top off the of the phone. The following day the screen turned black. I returned to the store letting them know the issue. The tech had to use a flashlight to show me a thin hair like crack on the screen. I was told I need to purchase another $163 screen. The replacement glass I notice was very thin, not durable or good quality. Was not the same iPhone glass durability. I have reached out to the district manager April Multiple times. The owner Darin has not responded to emails it's been 3 weeks.
I paid for a service I did not get!!!

Camden helped us when picking up a battery and bringing in the old one. He got us all taken care of quickly and credited back for the core charge. He was very friendly and nice to deal with.

Purchased a car battery online. Said in stock and after it took my $260 store associate called to say it was not in stock minutes after purchase but would be on next truck within a few hours. Here it is 3 days later. No battery and not able to drive my vehicle. Now I'm waiting on refund. Should have went to Walmart or the dealer and would be back on the road by now. Stay away from this place!

I needed to get a replacement key fob for my Rav4 to replace a lost one, and I was wary about trusting a place other than a dealer to do it, and do it right, but I thought why not save a buck, so I went to BatteriesPlus in McKinney. Even though it’s a well out of my way, I thought it would be worth the drive.They assured me that they absolutely can do, and that it will be just as good and indistinguishable from a dealer’s key fob. They just need me to pay upfront, and wait a few days for the blank to arrive before they can pair it to my car.Well, days went by, and then more. Finally, I called them to ask how much longer before it arrives, and they say that due to the holiday (Thanksgiving), they didn’t get a truck this week, but it for sure would arrive on the truck next Thursday. I needed this somewhat urgently—why didn’t they tell me this when I paid for it!?!?Finally, the NEXT Thursday arrived, and I got an email from BatteriesPlus saying: Your recent order is ready for pick up in the store!So, I overhaul my schedule for the day to work everything around a trip to BatteriesPlus, and I head up to the store. When I get there, they said it hasn’t arrived!!!!!!! I was so upset. I asked when it would arrive, and they said it should be next week and that I should wait for a call. They assured me they would call when it was in.Then, the next week goes by. And more. Still, no notification. Finally, I call them to ask why it hasn’t arrived yet, and they tell me that it arrived, but they didn’t bother to call me like they promised!!!!Nevertheless, I asked their hours and I find the earliest time in my schedule I can make it up that way. Two days later, after working my day around this trip, I go in, and they tell me there’s no tech on Sundays!!! Why wasn’t I informed of this earlier?!?!Eventually, I go in again when a tech is present, and he says he tried and tried, but he can’t do it!! Why did they assure me under no uncertain terms that they would be able to?!?!They had already cut the physical key, so they couldn’t use it for anyone else, so I asked if I could take that to destroy. They wanted $10 for it!!! No way!! They want to hold a key for **MY** car hostage after all this?!?!?! I insisted they destroy it in front of me, since they have proven they cannot be trusted.I wasted a month of time, and countless unnecessary long distance round trips to their store for nothing, with absolutely nothing to show for it. This place has absolutely the worst service and downright lies. I would never use BatteriesPlus again for anything… no matter how cheap they may be.

Bought a battery 8/31 and it wound up being the wrong type that wouldn't work for our setup. Management said it tests bad and because we didn't use it while we had it they wouldn't take it back.....? Not sure what their idea of a full warranty is?Yes I was in the store and the we won't take it back reply came from the manager.

Incredible service by the guys, Jay and Camden, who went way way above and beyond to replace a couple of hard to access batteries in my off-road trailer. This made it safe for me to tow the trailer home because it needs power for the suspension airbags to inflate and go down the road safely. Without these guys doing this super hard install…I wouldn’t have gotten the trailer home. These two guys were awesome, got me all set and were absolutely cool about the hard work. Thank you fellas, customer of this location for life.
