Sal B. was my salesman and was very efficient and knowledgable. I had reached out to the store prior to coming in on what I wanted. When I showed up in person, Sal was ready with phones in hand along with the estimated quotes we talked about in an email form. If you want to go to this store, go with Sal.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced at any Verizon store. This is supposed to be a “CORPORATE” location and not charge for certain services, but apparently these people do. Plus they are rude and condescending. Save yourself the trip head to a different location.

ordered s22 ultra upgrade, receipt was sent to my old work email. and old phone number. (monthly bills sent to my current email..so why?) Called store about order -re directed to national line. guy couldn't help so transferred other rep. couldn't answer specific store questions? so we cancelled order. refund for later. went to store they couldn't redo order until refund clears..wow. I never did get a receipt email w order info. Verizon needs to allow store calls. to call ahead before 20 mile drive to strore that has it in stock. I mean you can literally walk in and talk to reps. ended up with 180 dollar charge on card and nothing else. have to wait.

Went into the store, no appointment and was taken care of right away. Tech support guy listened to my problem and fixed things right away.Time in the store was less than 5 minutes, problem solved. Highly recommend
