Worst service ever!!!! They wouldn't help me even though I arrives 30 minutes before closing!!! No on would help me activate my new phone!!!!
Tried to call the store for a whole day and I was always answered by a machine and wasn’t able to talk to real people at the store. Ordered an iPhone with in store pickup to get it that same day but I wasn’t told my order was ready.
Overall general staff was great. General manager was rude, standoff-ish, and patronizing. He interrupted me, as well as did not let me explain my issue, initially waving me off. When he finally let me explain, he handed me off to another staff member. The staff member was great!
