Ups has the worst costumer service and suck a delivery carrier. No one answers the phone, or have any clue what is going on. Ups is garbage

The lady in the front with Red hair, was beyond rude, she would not sign my High Value Summary Report that was required to be put in my package. I informed her I had gone to other locations and they stated that only the warehouse could sign the form, I called UPS customer service and they said (4 reps) all said the form can be signed by the warehouse personnel.When I asked for her name so I could inform my employer who got my package she was rude and said it was UPS policy not to give her name.I asked to speak to a supervisor and she called security. I was not at all threatening or hostile. I just needed the paper signed so my employer had proof it was dropped off.The supervisor printed out the tracking information for me did not give me the name of the employee but accidentally said it out loud. Her name was Norma.I tried to call customer service to file a complaint and was transferred numerous times. I tried to file a complaint on line and it was not letting me because this is not about a package it’s about an employee.I tried to file a complaint with the live chat and that too was unsuccessful.There needs to be better customer service at this location and the employee needs to be held accountable for her rudeness. After reading reviews it seems like she is the cause of most of the bad reviews on here.

DO NOT GET YOUR PACKAGES SENT HERE.Returned my packages twice after only a few days. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Waiting in line for 35 minutes, 4 people ahead of me,1 rep for ups and she goes to back to get pkg for another cust and hasn't come back! Need at least 2 people at counter for customers,representative was very rude,asked for manager she said their is no manager,called cust service to file complaint.

Great customer service, I needed my package in and Irma Castillo helped me out. She did everything to help me out and provided once of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with UPS. She went above and beyond to help me out with a very important package.

The driver was supposed to deliver my package on 9/30/23 by 6pm. He had the correct address and apt number. He couldn't find my apt so he left. Now my package is in route back to where it was picked up from. UPS needs better drivers

PAID for 2 DAY AIR GUARANTEED DELIVERY(Mon) BUT DUE TO EMPLOYEES ERROR SHE DIDN'T SEND OUT THE PACKAGE UNTIL (Wed) CAUSING MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE IN 5DAYS(Fri)!!! SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERVISOR ASKING FOR REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T GET IT BECAUSE THEY ONLY GIVE REFUNDS FOR 1 DAY SHIPMENTS, (EVEN AFTER ANOTHER REP AT THAT FACILITY TOLD SUPERVISOR IT WAS NEGLEGENCE ON THE OTHER EMPLOYEES PART.) WHAT A RIP-OFF.. FOR THE MONEY I SPENT I COULD'VE SENT IT THRU REGULAR MAIL.NEVER GOING TO USE UPS AGAIN!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

Don’t even bother, horrible communication skills, don’t accept certain packages for drop offs and what’s worse is they don’t provide receipts. That’s shady. Just go to the location off the expressway in McAllen, they are nice there.

Driver left note on my door 5-10-23 saying my package was being delivered to cvs as it needed to be signed for. I went 5-11-23 and package (hearing aids) was not there driver instead tried to re deliver package again to my home so he never dropped to cvs. Now I went to ups again cvs pickup 5-12-23 noon and package is still in drivers truck not dropped to cvs access point! Called ups customer service and basically got the “hmmm sorry about that”. 0 stars

Delivered to incorrect address when the package visibly has the correct one. Drivers need to pay more attention to package’s addresses. Annoying when my expensive items are not delivered to my doorstep. Fedex and Prime have no issue delivering.

Out of all of the delivery services there are, UPS is the only one that will not deliver to my house. It's ridiculous. I've received packages from fedex and USPS, but every UPS package is put on hold. Every person my husband talk to tells him they will update the system, but nobody ever does. The drivers even took it upon themselves to CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS and leave it at some random house. Horrible service.

If there was a way somehow to give them -10 I would! Amazon, Amazon Flex, USPS, Fed X. All these companies can deliver packages where I live EXCEPT UPS! Hands down the worst delivery service! They don’t deliver to apartments! They can never find the place, however all the other companies can! Every time I have something delivered to me and it’s delivered by UPS it’s a high chance it won’t get delivered! Trash!

The distribution center in McALLEN ,Tx is a total mess. I have been trying receive a pack from them since November 30 2022. First package was lost. Second package was delivered to the wrong address. They could not retrieve either package. Called customer service twice. Both times I was told they would get back to me either within a hour on the first call and the second call the next day That was a month ago and on call backs. They would not let me talk to the manager at the center, my guess he is tired of all the complaints. (There are many) The front customer service did not seem to care what happened to my packages. This place is a cluster ____! Heads need to roll at this place.

Had to pick up my new phone. Sender didn't put our lot number on the package so it was undeliverable. Signage could be better to find the office but it went smoothly.
