Coach Julio is a great coach, same with Coach Tamez. they are knowledge and respectful of my culture. They are patient and caring.Due to my mistake I dislocated my shoulder but the coaches placed it back in and saved me thousands.Even then front desk is patient and kind, all of them.Great and knowledgeable coaches who helped me.Thank you. ?Great and honorable staff all around.?

I walked away from the area that I was working out for 1-2 minutes (to help spot a friend) and I was approached by Adrian. He asked my friend and I in an aggressive way if we were done with our *!##}# weights. We replied if he needed them and he asked us to put them away. Mind you we weren’t done and we’re just helping out a fellow gym bud. I’ve been gyming for years and I don’t need someone to teach me especially in this aggressive way. I hope that I don’t have bad experiences here, what a shame. Such a nice gym and one person just ruined my experience.

Went back recently and they still don't have flat bill caps! You can make more money with us ufc fans in the rgv.

A clean gym with a motivating atmosphere. The members are respectful of each other and there is always plenty of equipment available. There are peak times as with any gym but it’s a little more manageable here depending on the day of the week. There is always somebody cleaning down every crevice of this facility aside from having plenty of cleaning supplies available for members to wipe down. The staff is great and have been really nice each time I’ve checked in. Definitely recommend this gym to anybody not sure of where to call home.

Absolutely Love it here! The atmosphere, people, equipment...This is the #1 spot for achieving your goals. I'm down from 258lbs to 200lbs even. 58lbs in just over 90 days. It's all about how bad you want it!

The music is way too loud it’s like a concert going on, I can’t hear my own music with headphones on it’s ridiculous.

This gym is awesome, the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is professional, friendly, and treat you like family. The coaches are very knowledgeable in what they do.the cleaning staff is awesome. The equipment is awesome and there’s so many different workouts to choose from. Worth every penny.

This gym is great, my only complaint is the music is so loud even when classes aren’t going on. I can’t even hear my own music on my headphones.
