“**IF YOU DROP OFF TOUR U-HAUL DURING OFF HOURS** (yes it is a 24 hour drop off but there won't always be someone working there to collect the key) - you need to drop your key in the mail slot that's on the door to the kiosk where the person would normally be sitting. The mail slot is vertical. If you look in the mail slot you'll probably see other keys laying on the floor where other people dropped theirs. I spent a solid 45 minutes here looking for a key box and feeling like an idiot lol.”

“Rented a truck out for about 4 hours. Truck was clean and ran as it's supposed to. Picking up the truck wasn't difficult, we did the mobile pick up and drop off. The employees at the Uhaul were super nice. It was a good and non problematic few hours. We moved out of a one bedroom apartment and all our furniture fit in the 15 ft truck. Bed, huge sofa, dining table. As long as you know the information on your hand, it should be a breeze.”
