I went to the dry room for a hair makeover and I absolutely love how it turned out. My stylist was very patient with me. The service was great. She took me in such a short notice too.

I had such a great experience at The Dry Room! The atmosphere is amazing. My hair was in desperate need for some help and thankfully they knew exactly what I needed. I love my results and will definitely be returning soon!

So some girls there that do beautiful work I saw two girls do amazing work so I was excited I trusted the process however I’m disappointed the gabby girl is a problem my hair is ugly and I was embarrassed to speak up but this is an ongoing issue apparently she’s needs to learn to do hair before she charges $300 go with the experienced stylist better to wait for a good stylist then to leave with your hair looking horrible

Do not book with Gabriella. She told me she knew how to do blonde highlights and they are totally uneven, but when she showed me the results it looked nothing like my reference. And my hair was virgin so it should've been super easy.

You know it's an issue when there's an employee that continues to be the main reason behind the bad reviews for this place and the owner doesn't do anything about it. Imagine paying more than 300$ to get your hair done only to find out that the cosmetology class at a local high-school can do way better.And the only solution is to let the same person that messed up your hair in the first place attempt to fix it. Horrible service.

Bad communication with clients about prices!!! Got charged 50 for my daughter’s haircut without telling me it first that it was going to be another price! First they told me 35 and then said it was going to be 50. I got charged 45 for miscommunication that the employees have and her hair cut looked the same!
