They don't pick up no calls from customers. Especially the McAllen TX store at the plaza Mall. I don't understand why childrens store doesn't hire more staff if merchandise is being purchased their at the store. It's my last time I order from children's store.

I was there early this afternoon(8-12)shopping for my childrens back to school clothes and I have to say that I feel really sorry for the 2 girls that were working. The store was busy the line was a bit long but expected! Everyone and their mother is shopping for school. There were 4people infront of me and 2 customers were beyond rude to the employees. One customer called customer service and told all of us in line if we wanted to complain aswell most of us just ignored her because she was making a scene. Talking really loud to where we could all hear her. One lady did join in and complained how she was on lunch brake and she was already late ? the young employee couldn’t have been over 18 she was very calm and nice trying to explain but that lady wouldn’t even give her the time of day. The girl that rang me out I believe is the manager she apologized for the inconvenience and was very professional after dealing with those ladies. I worked in retail (carters)and I know what it’s like to be understaffed and busy.

Great prices, the store is sometimes messy because it customers. If they knew how to put back things then maybe it wouldn’t be so messy. I never had any issues with the cashiers.

(Translated by Google) I give them a star because I can not give them 0 stars. The worst place to buy clothes for children. The prices are fine but the store is horribly messy. They only have a single open box and a single dressing room and the row for both is very long, the dressing room has an immense mountain of clothing inside that neither the people nor the employees bother to accommodate. There are clothes thrown all over the place and hung out of place. It is a complete disorder the store. We spend 1 hour to go to the dressing room and 1.5 hours to pay. I do not recommend it at all. The few dollars you save are no more than 2 hours standing up.

Nastiest customer service ever. Waiting in line more than 10 mintues... understaffed... doesn't know how to schedule people in peak times and weeks. Back to school shopping was horrible. Managers blend in with other employees don't show authority..No greeting when you enter... ask if you need anything. If this store makes their numbers it's not because of managers or employees simply because their clothes and offers are good, and great location of course. Get it together yall... it's not you alls fault though its corporate for hiring individuals like this.
