Ricardo was attentive, relaxed and not pushy with sales and let me leisurely peruse devices and accessories while my former Galaxy Note 5 phone (which would no longer install any updates despite having both WiFi and data available) Transferred into a new model.. then also gave time after Transfer while I re-logged into several apps, to ensure the data was complete (which was a lot faster USB process than the method used back in 2016). Lastly, he explained processing the Delete and Sim card shred of my old phone. Apart from an old Theme/wallpaper that was compatible with Note, the data seems to be all here. ? If you want info on the latest promotions (e.g., the recent watch promo⌚ that, I believe has already ended, but something simar may return.. It was incentive for more people to try the latest Samsung watch, which has fitness tracking - pay for just the calling capabilities, which I think is $10/month?). He welcomes asking him for suggestions ?

Great experience our rep got us taken care of quickly and with respect even though we were there for customer service. No sale today but you wouldn't have known that by the way I was treated. That's why I will keep coming back.

Please go to a different T-Mobile venue. The employees are incompetent, they go against each others word (yes their own team members), and 2 out of 4 employees I dealt with gave horrible customer service and can care less how long you’ve been a valued T-Mobile customer. There are many other T-Mobile venues in the areas. I highly recommend the one on 10th and Trenton. They are more polite and display common sense and follow the same guidelines, they don’t pick and choose. I went in 1 week ago, my phone lost audio, employee and supervisor said it was covered under warranty as they examined my phone and no physical damage. Two employees examined it and ordered me a new one and said I qualified for warranty and didn’t have to run insurance. I called yesterday (one week later) and they reassured me my phone was in to drop by and pick. Today, the guy who greeted me said well I have to check if phone is in, I said I called and he said yeah but sometimes if you don’t get a text means it not here I said “I spoke to someone yesterday Via phone, they said it’s here”. He didn’t get it since beginning. Then the girl who helped me after him examined my phone again, even though it had already been examined that’s why they had ordered me a phone, said my phone was probably wet. I said it hadn’t and had been checked last week and I proceeded to tell her the last employee had said IPhone 7 have this common mechanical error having to do with not being able to hear the caller on other end, she said “no, they are known for AUDIO issues” ??♀️That’s what not being able to hear callers has to do with “AUDIO”. Again incompetent, bottom line no switch out for my phone was made, they claimed either prior workers didn’t check the phone (which they did) or that I submerged my phone this week while I waited for this phone to arrive. I’ve been at work daily no time to take my phone on a scuba diving endeavor. Never again will I deal with them. Got everything sorted elsewhere and it WAS a mechanical issue.

Gentleman referring to an elder as TU vs USTED. He was pleasant and helpful, but customer service ethics need to be worked on. ( Spanish speaking was required- man did not speak English). I've worked customer service for 42 years. The way we address our customers is extremely important.

One person (reagan) was an excellent customer service person even went to a store to acquire the phone I wanted...went to store and closed the deal...also while in store the managers arrived and found out the great thing she did...wanted another phone and the oblivious managers of the store put a stop to it even with me calling several times was ignored...had to travel to other stores..
