Horrible service in our area! It's been going out since Hurricane Laura, a year now! TMobile will NOT correct the problem. They say anything from it's unrelated to Hurricane Laura to saying they took out a master ticket and corrected the problem. It's been really bad for weeks now. Sometimes it'll go out 10 secs here all day then 3hrs then 7hrs then 12hrs! They suggested getting a new phone when I have family/neighbors with diff service that run on that tower. Straight talk is an example. It just came back on after being out for 7hrs today. I'm not sure why exactly they will not fix the problem?! I commented on the main TMobile page and they blocked me.

Great customer service! I was transferring my line over from cricket and juan made it so easy. He explained the process and help me understand my bill. Definitely will go back to him on my next purchase !

Had an amazing experience! It was my first time getting my own line. Juan helped me find the perfect phone for me and line! In the beginning there was a minor issue with trying to keep my number. I had this number since I was in high school. I was hesitant to changing my number. This employee went above and beyond by staying past hours to help me keep my number and set my phone up. I truly truly appreciate it!!!!!!!!! I was a Samsung user changing to iPhone and was so lost. Thank you so much Juan! I am loving my iPhone and 5G!!!

Twice, I have gone to this store and been treated terrible both times. A month ago they asked to wait in my truck because of covid. I waited for over 30 minutes, then went back in. I had fallen thru the cracks and dropped from the waiting list. They said I could wait inside. After twenty minutes I left. Today, I gave them another try. Parked near the door, walked in with mask, keys, and phone in hand. I put my keys in pocket, phone in another pocket, and was putting my mask on as I walked in the door. I was greeted by some young guy named Benito. He informed me I had to be wearing my mask to enter. By then the mask was on and I said didn’t you see me putting it on? He said I was supposed to have it on before I walked in and I told him to just drop it. He didn’t.He was rude and non helpful. I finally talked to Ashley who was helpful but the didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock so I left. Spectrum mobile has been offering me free phones etc. I had been with Sprint for over 20 years.

This T-Mobile store is by far the most organized and the friendliest and most professional store in the entire upper Valley. Andrea went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions and helped me resolve all of the issues I was experiencing with my phone. Great job Andrea and T-Mobile!
