Not appreciating The T-Mobile/Sprint merger. Sent from one TMobile store to this one after tech confirmed they had the parts to work on my phone and gave me a name to ask for when I arrived. “They’ll be waiting for you.” After arriving, it was impossible to get past the host. I explained I had already waited in line at the other store and I was sent to this one to drop off my phone. Nope. I was put at the end of the list and sent to my car to wait all over again. There doesn’t seem to be communication or courtesy between stores.

Very bad service I had to go up and down to see where my phone was at from the 10th and dove to the Expressway in McAllen one. After five days of this I finally got my phone. This shirt ain't normal if I didn't have so many devices on these account I would have changed service provider

I approached an associate (might be the supervisor for that day, I dunno) who was on her phone at the small desk on the floor and was told that we would be called when they’re ready. If I was working here, I wouldn’t be the one to be on my phone and keep customers waiting. That’s just rude. Would work towards speediness and service. If someone is on their phone they could already been helping customers. I don’t understand?!

The down side is they don't open until 10am. Clean and friendly staff. Service always seems to be slow. Only 1 or 2 clerks to help. Handicapped but no bathroom or place to sit and eat. I try to pay online to avoid going in.

I WANTED to have the broken glass replaced for my phone. Went to the store in Mission. They didn't have a replacement, and said I should go to the "technicians" in McAllen. I did. They didn't have the part either, but said they would order it, and let me know when it came in. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH!! Still haven't heard a word!!!

Where to start. My wife and I went in a week ago to upgrade our phones. We walked in the store as was told we had two people ahead of us. We waited for four (not an exagerration) hours in line while there was 3 people with computers attending to customers. The employee who was there to assist us was extremely rude and had a tone in her voice that expressed an obnoxious attitude. When finally it was our turn in line this associate seemed like she was not knowledgeable in the work she was doing. She had us wait, and wait. It was a terrible and draining experience. We ended spending almost our entire afternoon at this store. This bad experience continued when the associate informed us that my phone would have to be ordered since they did not carry this particular model in stock. So, we waited. Skip ahad until tonight, October 22nd, at 8PM. My wife called the store an hour before closing and inquired about my phone. They said they had it ready and for her to come to the store. She commuted to the store and upon arrival, she was greeted by an employee who told her, after taking the time to drive to the store, the ENTIRE system was down! This man literally had my phone in his hands but could not release it to her because the system was not working..So he purports. So he told my wife to, guess what?! Wait further. Maybe by some miracle this store would quit giving us the runaround and give us proper service. This is ridiculous. I now have to wait until tomorrow for MAYBE, by the grace of GOD, this store gets it together and does its job.
