The location is a bit difficult to find if you're coming off the expressway, but the place has a nice welcoming atmosphere and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable too. They helped me not only find the right new phone for me, but they also made sure it met and exceeded my needs and expectations. Definitely returning again in the near future!

I Went to the t mobile store to buy a new phone and while asking questions, the employee was on her personal phone texting someone. Thats being disrespectful to the customer.

The agent was fine but I had to wait on hold just to contest a $7.05 late charge that shouldn't have been billed anyway. They require you to set up an account specifically for them to get auto pay. I had lost card to the account I set up for them, and the bank closed that account and opened another because of a lost/stolen card. But I had to wait for delivery of the new acct no./bank card My phone "locked" me out last week. I couldn't access anything T mobile on that phone or laptop.. It's still not working correctly. They have a work order on that issue timing out next Friday. They never told me how or why it happened. I never want that to happen again, still didn't get an reason. I had a surgery scheduled the following week and needed my phone working. Althought I have been with Tmobile for a very long time, I'm not very happy right now.

Been a long time TMo customer. While placing an online order I got the error message that I needed to visit the store for confirming my ID. Staff was very friendly. Shop was very busy so I had to wait little bit.

I have been going back and fourth whether to switch from Samsung to iPhone because I had some questions and concerns. Thanks to Yuriko and her awesome customer service, I finally made the switch. No technicians on site ☹️ bummer, didn't ask what my needs where, just went with what I picked out, no screen protector or any accessories, but I needed a phone. Just asking would have been nice even if I said no thanks.

Saleslady was rude and very unprofessional when she noticed the credit wasn't great.They charge more for a new phone and give you less for a trade in if you don't have perfect credit. Can you believe that?Never go there and highly unrecommended. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
