Bad customer service skills. The lady working yesterday didn't want to cash my check. Apparently she thought it was fake, even after she called the place of business that issued out the check to me, and verified that it was legit. I've cashed the same check several times here and never had issues till this time. I ended up going across the street to another check cash place and they cashed it with no problem.

Amazing experience, I went in with little to no knowledge on financial services and I was helped out by a lovely lady, Sharraine, which helped me out through the whole process and got me situated as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

I needed a cash checked from an employer located in another state. It was more than 30 days old, so was rejected by another cash checking place. Speedy Cash was able to cash my check and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Sharraine is a very kind and professional person with great customer service skills.
