Do not come here. They scheduled 16 people, there is multiple staff members, but only bring one patient at a time. Very inefficient model.

I went there for bloodwork to have a simple routine check for hormone levels and the lady I think her name was (Cindy) did not understand what to do so she made me call the fertility clinic that ordered the labs & treated not only the lady from the clinic very rude but me as well. Stating I had to wait and make another appointment even though I had been there since 8:40 am and this was already 12:00 am simply because she did not know how to perform the tests. Out of frustration I grabbed the dr order and said this is ridiculous and she told me I was not welcome back there. Horrible horrible place will never go here again!

Cindy is terrible! So rude and doesn’t do her job, or doesn’t know how. Not sure which is worse. Not sure how they’re still open.

Unprofessional, and employees violate HIPAA by contacting you through Facebook messenger. The supervisors have no control on staff activities in the break room and the same goes for their Walmart location in Weslaco as their phlebotomist bragged and admitted to me she had intercourse with another staff member at both locations. I reported to HR and both remained employed. After being left with a tennis ball sized bruise, I was asked to go retake lab work. When I asked why, I was told there was an error in shipping. I won't be returning, there's plenty other places that won't mess up due to employee negligence. Also notice how the company quit replying to bad reviews. They probably gave up on improving this place already.

Terrible place, I made my appointment and they called me 30 minutes later, the attention was terrible, the service was terrible, there are no bathrooms or water in the lobby. You cannot enter with children despite being on vacation and they do not announce it to you on the web or by phone. Definitely this laboratory of this "famous" company does not belong to the USA.

This place is the worst diagnostics lab I have ever been to and it wasn’t even for my tests. I came on my lunch break from work to drop of some test results which they told my mother to just walk in and hand to them and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours, they are behind almost 1.5 hours on patients and I’ve been hung up on over the phone over three times. This place is by far the worst lab DO NOT GET YOUR TESTS DONE HERE.

Worst place ever, sign in process is never on point.Waited 2 1/2 hours just to get my labs done. Appointments and walk in were all mixed up.I was a walk in and ended up an appointment.

Quest in McAllen, TX has the worst service, the make you wait for hours with the excuse that the don’t have the personnel, but if you own money they want the payment right away, stay away from this place!

So where to begin! This place really needs to have a sit down meeting with their staff, horrible attitudes very unhelpful staff. The check-in system is not working properly, my appointment was at 10:10am I was stuck at the tablet trying to check in for over 15 min until somebody came out to retrieve another guest only for her to tell me to TAP on a different setting BECAUSE the tablet wasn’t working correctly. Mind you, I had to take a urine test my bladder was full and this tablet held me back bad! wait time even with an appointment ridiculous. They need to have somebody out there at all times it’s ridiculous. This place need to reconsider their staff. Go to Labcorp!

Worst place to get bloodwork done. Waiting for over an hr still no service. Staff is all over the place no communication they honestly don't know what they're doing. Find other place you will leave this place upset and with a headache. I give them minus a star ugh.

You can’t check in early even though you have an appointment. There is also no one to talk to. You walk in and there’s only an iPad to check in. What a terrible place.
