Horrible place took my husband's shirts to get washed and pressed they did not wash them the underarm of the shirts were white stained they didn't wash them only pressed them then the cashier gave me the manager phone number Beatriz but called the number 2 times she wasn't available and they couldn't do nothing about it I'm disgusted with this place not recommended horrible service paid 40.00 for nothing check your clothes if you go their poor service ..

I dropped off two white coats and when i went to pick them up they said they had donated them since I took too long. The lady at the register was unapologetic and rude.

Duvalin is very professional and prompt. Never had an issue with any of my suits when taken here.

Dishonest place, I wasn’t careful enough to inspect my suits before dropping but remembered I had a 100 dollar bill and a debit card. Next day I come looking for it, and only the debit card appeared and the 100 dollar bill went through the drainage according to the manager.Service: Laundry wash & fold

White clothing returned with stains and I was blamed for it until I offered to show proof of it being a new purchase. They offered a redo for pickup in 3 hours which I accepted as outfit was for an event later in the evening.

Me and my family have been customers here for many years taking at least 100 dollars worth of clothing every month. On the 25 nov I picked up some clothes that I had taken about 2 weeks ago and when my wife was going to put it on for Thanksgiving dinner she noticed nothing we had taken had been washed. When I go in on the 4th of December to complain the lady at the register does agree that the clothing was dirty and had not been correctly washed but states that they are not responsible for clothing after 5 days. The clothing was still in the plastics and had the tags. She only offered a 20% discount to do their work correctly after I had already paid over 60 dollars on that bill. Very disappointed. They have lost me and my family as customers.

Be careful! I took 2 brand new dresses for dry cleaning and they simply vanished. The owners just told me that they are not responsible for lost items.
