Horrible staff. Gave me conflicting information and wouldn't even admit it. They charged me to switch phones so I could use the old one on another network. Gave the phone as Christmas gift and when the recipient went to activate it they said it was still locked. When I went back to Metro, they told me they couldn't unlock phones even though they told me they unlocked it last time. Very ignorant, incompetent, and inconsiderate.

I got the phone on Saturday before they were about to close and I got 2 new line. I asked specifically for smart view on the cell phones and was guaranteed it was on them. I check after it was activated and it was not on. The guy told me to do a system update and it still did not work. Went the next day to speak to someone that they told me to go to corporate and corporate told me they couldn't do anything for me. Remind you this is less than 24 hr time period. I went back and spoke to the manager who told me she can't refund or give me a phone that has smart view. I don't suggest this place. I didn't get any help or the issue was not resolved. If I could I would have given it a zero star.

I went to buy a an iPhone the associate put the wrong screen protector for another similar iPhone covering the front camera and when we went to have it fixed they told us they couldn't do anything about it. So we paid for an item that we can't use. We had to go to Walmart and buy another one.

This is with out a doubt the worst location I have been to. Extremely rude and unwilling to help. Absolutely the worst service anywhere in the valley. Employees unprofessional and rude. Do what ever you can to avoid this store, worst experience ever.

A lady and a man helped me activate my unlocked phone. I didn't get the lady's name but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime my mother stops by she is always satisfied with the customer service here. I definitely recommend this location.
