What's dissatisfied in the fact you can purchase a new device, pay for extended warranty, and pay for several months in advance and find every reason not to be a solution to or take responsibility for a device they sold.

Mask were required and only five customers were allowed at the same time, with notices posted on the door. I went to upgrade my kids phones to iPhones, the worker explained on what they had in stock(which is non of the higher end phones, with someon the way). Clean displays of the the phone's with price either from switching carrier or upgrading. iPhones and Galaxy phones to the right and other brand phones to the left. This is a corporate location you'll immediately notice the difference when you walk in and they have clear indicators on the floor to stay six feet away from each other when forming a line. Overall good experience with excellent customer service.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Employees really meed a lot of help helping cuatomers out. They dont even greet customers when arriving, nor said Thank you when leaving........... What a Poor Management!!!!

People here focus on the $ and not on customer. If you want to buy a cellphone stop at a different location.
