There for a simple UA. Had to check in on an automated kiosk. This should be red flag one. No front desk help. Red flag 2. Slow, dirty, unkept and unprofessional. Red flag 3-6. This was a joke of a usual labcorp experience. Avoid if possible. I wish I had.

The most horrible customer service there can be . There is no point in appointments , I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and it took an hour to be called in . Very rude workers.

Got greeted by an ipad to check myself in, which took longer to do than the wait. Not a staff member in sight when I had a question about it so i can only imagine how much elders struggle. Took blood out both my daughters arms just to tell me they have to redo it because it was more than half useless, like them. Then told me to just go somewhere else if I'd like. If they cant handle children they should let it be known first. Definitely wont come back.

Very unprofessional. They do not attend you. They don’t answer the phone what so ever. Been calling ALL morning to get my results or to see if they’re in already. No one answers the phone. They need better employees & most definitely a better receptionist!

Horrible service, if you need a drug test DO NOT COME HERE. They will not attend you. There are 10 people in the wait room no one comes to the front and there is no one in the front desk. There is no consideration for acknowledgment when people are waiting to be attended. Appointments are a waste of time since it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. The simple fact that we are not provided initial customer service is already a negative for me. I had to get their attention in order for them to be aware of the people waiting.

Worse place ever! They do not help you at all and there is alot of elderly persons that need the help. Please if yoy cant dont come here at all. And if you come make an appt because then you will be here for hours!

Worst experience ever. Lady in the front is not very helpful, can't schedule appointments, and can't get copy of lab results.....so what can you do? She turned away me and another gentleman right after the other

A disgusting place, I had a horrible experience when I took my autistic son with me. I walked out. Aside from Maria and Sylvia the rest of the staff could benefit from a customer relationship training.If you have an option go to a lab where your welcome and not this one where they seem to bring their problems to work!A pathetic star was posted so the review can be posted.

1. Can’t set an appointment.2. They make you check in through a iPad which is fine but you have to understand we live in the valley not that many people know how to check in.3. My moms a nurse so I know how nurses act but this is completely unacceptable.4. I know nothing is going to change because you’re an essential business, however it’ll be awesome if you all hired more attentive employees rather than ignorant people.

Maria who drew blood was wonderful, wait time was not too bad. System to check in was fine, it looks like its a problem for older people who aren't tech savvy. Front reception worker was rude, bothered to be there.Be careful though they said "worse case" if my insurance doesn't cover the blood work that I would have to pay $98. A week later I get a bill for $535. No where on the keypad did it say $535 just be weary and get copies of documents they make you sign. I have no proof because is all digital.

Terrible service. If you can avoid this place please do so. There is no one to greet you or provide you with information for appointments. You check in with a tablet. This caused a lot of problems for the elderly patients, and I actually had to help a few out. This is unacceptable for a company like this, I’m not an employee and I shouldn’t have to be doing this. Unfortunately, this is just probably mismanagement. The lady that drew my blood was very nice and answered all my questions.

If possible, I would give negative stars. The staff member I was assigned was beyond unhelpful. Condescending, jaded, mean spirited. Definitely not the attitude a guest/patient wants to experience before they get jabbed. Stay away - the place is a dump - the building is poorly maintained - and the souls of the personnel mirror this.
