I’ve been going to Jaris Hair Salon for the past 4 years and I have never had a bad experience! Jessica is so wonderful, professional, and she listens to any requests you may have, as well as gives you good professional suggestions. She makes you feel comfortable and I’ve always felt at home. They did a great job years ago, but the attention to 'new customers' is lacking. I came in as a walk in, but the stylist had appointments. She suggested I leave and call later to see if her appointment didn't come or is late, but when I asked if I could wait, she said no. I asked is I could make an appointment for another day, but she did not help me. I did not feel welcomed here. I gave three stars because years ago I got a 5 star haircut (as a walk in), but I will not return and I will not recommend this salon for new customers.

I hadn't trimmed my hair in over 2 years nor had any color in over 10 years so I was very nervous getting a balayage for the first time. Jess did an amazing job, did exactly what I asked for and was so sweet! I will definitely be returning.
