The service is quite good, they solve your problem very quickly and they do make accounts for foreigners with all the benefits that they previously gave in large banks.Being a regional bank, it is not located throughout the country, but is only in Texas and some southern states.The treatment was very friendly from the advisor and the branch manager. They give you the ease of making movements from the application or even if you have the confidence, you can call them.As for the branch, it is quite clean and very themed, they also have a vault with safe deposit boxes, they are paid for annually. Depending on the size, their cost is, although they are not that expensive.

30 minutes just to deposit my check and there was no one else in the motor banking but me when I got here! HORRIBLE!! NOT THE FIRST TIME.. CHANGING BANKS!

Worst service. The tellers are slow and have bad customer service; they do not greet the customer and they don’t thank them after a transaction either. Should not have to wait for over 20 minutes for a simple transaction.

I had concerns about my account and how to get help with them...the bank's staff right away asked me if I needed help and that was it !...with in a minute I was getting the help/advice I was looking for and the knowledge that I was hoping for...on top of a very courteous manner from the person I was talking to...I left the bank feeling relieved and satisfied with the treatment that I experienced. Thank you IBC.

iBC has changed a lot, employees are not as inviting, and just don't make u feel welcome. Well I guess this is IBC's image now. Take 30 minuts to attend you outside and don't bother to look and see what it is you need before telling you after waiting so long that u need to get off and go inside. And they don't even apologize the shrug it off like oh well another one bites the dust, next. No wonder business looks slow. Well I'll take my business else where.

Terrible staff, they have more of a incompetent and slow service. These IBC Banks are local, just use a large conglomerate international banks - at least you get high quality service.

The telleres in this branch need retraining. I went to deposit a check from one of my IBC accounts to another IBC account. The teller cashed the check from one account but didnt deposit to the other as cash. She deposited it as a check!! I am out of $1500 for3 days !

Poor service, they messed up twice with my account and they took the money without letting me know then I called no one answer and send like 3 emails and never got an answer they just ignored me I won’t recommend this bank at all

There was 4 tellers. Finally when I get called up. I'm being told system is down. After reading the reviews, I'm not the only one done wrong here.
