This was my first time shopping here in years. Shoutout to the manager (forgot to ask her name) she has reddish hair - she helped me style a green cargo skirt that I really liked, but it was completely different from what I usually buy. She not only brought me what I asked but brought several other options that I loved! I ended up buying all of them as I can use them for other combinations. These are the kinds of employees that keep customers coming back :) thanks again and I can’t wait to go shop some more lol!

F21 employees were great. The reason for the 1 star is because F21 allows men and women into the same dressing room. There was this creepy old guy walking in and out of the dressing room pretending to try on clothes but he was just gawking at all the young ladies. My 16 year old daughter was so nervous and afraid about this whole situation. I believe this policy should be changed to keep our chichildren safe while shopping in your store.

Yesterday, 5/28 we were looking at items and me and my friend were told by a woman that we had an item so we put it back.The woman who told us to put it back had told a worker after we put it back.While we were looking at other items the worker approached us and asked “Are you guys alone?” we said yes she continued to say “You guys are acting very suspicious.” after we told her we put the item back.I had asked another worker about a shirt I wanted and when I left that area she went and was pointing at us to the other worker.Not only that but when we left she went closer to the door and watched us shop until he left the store.She did all this knowing we were alone and knowing we were minors.Made our shopping experience VERY uncomfortable.

The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, the prices go according to the brand, they do have offers, I would suggest to take your time and check the size.

Love ? the clothes for my teenage girl...specials.. customer service ? real good the girls from the store help a lot....super pacient y take the time to help in sizes...in everything!!!

The worst place to shop all girls were rude couldn't help and waited in line 25 min and the manager was talking to another girl acted like she didn't see the line ,didn't help the cashier, i walked out.never again will I enter that store.they need training.

They wouldn’t accept returns just days later bc the cashier forgot to give me a receipt. Tags on and everything. Disputing with my bank got my money back. This store has the worst service and policies.

I enjoy shopping at Forever 21 and the staff is decently nice. But their policies are wack. I understand not trying on the clothes, but shoes? Seriously? It makes no sense. COVID or not. If people can’t try on their size of clothes, the least they can do is make sure the shoes they’re buying fit or they like the style on themselves. I mean people are still buying clothes and returning it anyways. It makes no sense. It’s ridiculous.

Super rude manager and associate, I saw the sign of no mask no entry and was about to turn around but the lady at the door told me it was okay to come in. So i thought okay great it must be empty, but after 40 minutes of picking out clothes, I get told by the same girl to leave the store that she thought I had a mask on when I entered. I said okay can i at least check out? She said sure, but then the Cashier told me that I couldn't and was again misdirected. No apologies. Awful people and service.
