Worst experience ever. I made my reservation a week ago and when got here the gentleman said there would be a 45 minute wait. Worst service ever. Would not recommend at all.

I had a great experience with Rick at the McAllen Airport. I am disabled and needed assistance returning my vehicle. Rick made it very easy for me. He was very accomodating to my needs. Very happy with the way he handled my situation.

1st time using Enterprise & what a frustrating experience! We drove 25 minutes to pick up a car @ our reservation time only for Sarahy to give us false information telling us there weren’t any cars available and told us to call in some hours. Good luck getting in touch with the front desk cause that’ll be IMPOSSIBLE. We show up to find out there were vehicles available ALL along! What a negligent and clueless girl.

The reservation was made several months in advance. We reserved a mini van for our party of six and our luggage. Very disappointed they did not have our mini van available. They gave us a vehicle that wouldn't hold 5 adults and a car seat let alone all of our luggage. We had to make two trips to the hotel from the airport. Later they were able to get us a mini van. We had to rent a car seat. When we returned the mini van and car seat, the desk attendant hit an incorrect button which charged us "non return of car seat" and over $100. We had to return to the desk again to get that charge removed which took over a week to show up on credit card. What did go very well?? Expensive sun glasses were mistakenly left in the center console. They called us while we were sitting at the gate and we were able, again, to get to the desk and retrieve the sunglasses prior to our flight.

As usual, enterprise provided a great experience. Our minivan was ready, clean, and everybody was very accommodating. Vehicle was comfortable efficient and pick up and return processes were easy.

I was unclear on the gas gauge and called the counter person who was a female. She didn’t know about the gas gauge and disconnected the call. I had to call back and was told to email the person who helped. I did, email him and his response was unclear so it took a call back from the manager. I think everyone at the counter should be knowledgeable of the vehicles being rented.
