We bought a pricy item and my fiancé jokingly asked if there were any promotions or discount's. Our cashier (Daniela) took the time to scan our item to price check multiple stores for us. Her attitude was amazing and she had a great spirit to her! It’s so rare to get this type of customer service anywhere. 10/10 experience tonight thanks to Daniela ?”
“After the pandemic, many retail shops lost manners. And just, honestly, basic ethics. But not this store. I haven't shopped at a Melrose since well before the pandemic. But never shopped at this specific location either. Now I will! The 3 young women I've encountered over the last 2days are just the best. I'm a talkative person and usually I'm ignored. But not these ladies, it's like having a convo with a friend. They greet you as you come in, help you around the store and say goodbye & give thanks as you leave. Some very well rounded young women. I did inform them I was sick with the flu. And they were happy to provide sanitizer. It was my responsibility to have both that and a mask. But they were kind and wore theirs. I'll be more cautious next time. Or stay home til I'm better. Overall it was a great shopping experience. Thanks.”
