Poor customer service. I asked if she could complete the setup on my phone and was told no. They only sell phones and activate them. I’ve gone to other cricket stores and they’ve helped out with EVERYTHING. Now I’m home transferring all of my files from my old phone to the new one. Your better off going to the store on Trenton.

The one on N. 10th is a nightmare. I experienced "PRICE GAUGING"?. How did I find out? I went into another store asked them about the pruce about the phone I had, unfortunately, already bought at the one on N. 10th and found it to be at a much better price. Then I find out that what I was told, "the case, the glass protector and the havit earbuds were included, as well as that I needed to change my insurance protection because the one I had wouldn't work with the LG Stylo 6", BUT ALL THAT WAS A LIE. I was charged separately for them and I didn't know this because, CONVENIENTLY, he didn't give me. Aside from this, he was literally using profanity with an older man that was there. So unprofessional. Will NEVER go back there and neither should anyone else UNLESS you want to be swindled.
