Called this location at least 20 times to make an appointment to open an account and not once did they pick up. don’t waste your time calling.

My account was hacked they cancelled my card and wouldn't replace it over the phone I went in person and it's been days that I haven't gotten my card I can't get money out to pay my bills I was told I could zelle as I waited for my card and that lied I cant... I got to the door rush threw traffic to get there to take out money to pay my bills and put gas and the lady locked the door while I was walking up and wouldn't even look at me or hear me so explain while there was still people inside .... This is the worst experience Ive had with them .....I asked for express shipping on my card and still nothing ......

Only ever use ATM but my main gripe with Chase is the locations they decide to put them in. For the most part always in a corner by a traffic light and it always gets congested when trying to get in or out ??♂️

WORST BANK on the valley i deposit a check a month ago , chase got the founds from the other account but now in order to give me the money they need verify if the check is fraud ,so they “have the right to do that” why they don’t did that before to get the money from the other account 0 STARS wor

The ATM on the far right lane took $1,900 cash and didn't credit my checking account nor provide a receipt. Manager called Chase and was told that it'll take 2 days to give me my money. Manager said not to worry because this happens with 5% of all transactions in the ATM. WOW. I told the manager to put the ATM out of service and he said that he can't himself that the Chase headquarters would do it. I told him that nothing is stopping him from putting an "out of service paper" and he didn't want to because "at the end of the day it's a business we're running". At this point I lost my trust in Chase so I filed a police report.. I went to check 5 hours later to see if Chase headquarters put it out of service and they didn't. I checked the next day and they haven't put it out of service. This is why people don't trust banks anymore. I'm canceling my Chase account.

Today is 9/11 and not the best day for me since I almost lost a family member. However as I entered that bank I was greeted by a very nice young lady asking how can I help you? I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. As I’m informing her of what I came in for Ms. Alondra said, I can help you with that. I informed both ladies why I came to this particular branch. It was because I read the reviews and this particular branch had the highest score out of 5.0. We laughed and MS. Alondra walked me to another desk and completed my bank transaction during my transaction the bank manager Mr. Hector came over and greeted me. ?. I had such a great experience at this branch location I just had to write a review. I’m not from this area. Thanks so much for your great customer service in such and uncertain time. I truly appreciate it.

Management does not respect hours of operation. They deny service even if you walk in close to the end of them closing the door. They should add to their hours of operation to go in 1 hour before they close their doors, or close their doors one hour before, and just open the drive thu.
