They charge me 8dlls per payroll check, it should be Worst of America. Once they got me to a personal service personnel she didn't said a word the whole time she was checking the business account. I understand is bank policy bank but 8 dlls to cash a payroll check, crazy.

Went on a Saturday during hours of operation and the the drive thru is closed. Why is the drive thru closed? It looks like it’s been closed for a while now too.

One star is generous. Consistently a long line regardless of time/day. Usually only one teller for non business transactions. And the atm is 50/50 on accepting cash deposits regardless if day or not. I’ll come during the day and it can’t accept cash deposits and same later on in evening. If I hadn’t been here for 7+ years already I’d leave

Stopped in for notarized services and waited for about 20 minutes and nothing happened. I had to leave because they do not respect people's time.

Took my daughter in to open her account. Customer service was excellent. From the gentleman who welcomed us to Kayla that assisted us with opening the account. All around great service.

I do not know why people give this Bank a low rating yes there are lines but that is everywhere at the beginning of the month.

I gave you 3 starts only because the main ATM has months without working good (touch screen) so.... We take long there, sometimes more than waiting in the car line.

All bank of America have very very very bad services. I tried calling all day and no one seem to answer the phone. And yet they are supposed to be the best bank I don't think so and now I can't speak to anyone cause now they're closed. Very bad service.

Way too many people in line waiting for the front staffThis place is slow. Only 2 were working in the afternoon. For a big company, this is awful. Hire more people!

The Pecan Branch is usually pretty busy.There are times when the lines to the teller windows are long.That said I have never had a bad experience with servicing my needs.The customer service reps are always eager to help on more detailed services such as International wire transfers and banking services.Overall, a happy customer

Not happy with this branch it’s always something with them. Most of the staff are rude and not polite. Not coming to this branch again rather drive further for better customer service. Might even start think of switching banks.
