I was an Asian waiting while all the rest who came in after me had been served promptly. The rep I was referred to was rude, unknowledgeable and my inquiries got nowhere. What a waste of my time.

Victoria and the staff at ATT Jackson in McAllen outdid themselves, helping us with an issue on our phone, nothing to do with ATT service, but still her persistence to fix our issue was remarkable, thank you!

This place is ran pretty sketchy. Placed an order online for in store pick up, but instead my order was canceled when I went to pick it up and had to pay again. I get wanting to make your sales stats look better, but the way they went about it was annoying and exploitative. This is why shops like these are going obsolete.

David was amazing helping me talk to the old phone service provider. They tried everything under the sun not letting us go. I had my husband on one line with customer service and I got on my phone to get customer service and wow my husband was placed on hold for one hour and a half. I on the other hand was a bit more lucky that I was able to get the transfer pin and account number in less than an hour. David was patient and understanding thank God AT&T has staff that cares enough to really help you out.
