Was assured the phone I ordered before a work trip would arrive by a certain date and when I was notified that it would not, there was nothing I could to to cancel or change the order. AT&T customer service told me to contact the store directly and that they would be the only ones that can make an edit to the order but I guess they don’t know how. You’re better off ordering or upgrading online.

The manager, Edson, is so helpful! I had originally gone to the at&t on 10th & trenton and they were soooo rude, weren’t helpful at all and then I went to this one and he helped me without any hesitation. He got me my new phone & helped me set it up & was supper patient with me (I had my daughter and she was being a handful). 10/10 service

My family and I recently switched over to AT&T and had a horrible experience at this store. The girl who works there I believe her name is Marina, was extremely rude. She gave me attitude when I was asking simple questions about the app and about my bill. She needs better training on working with people because it is unacceptable. JT and Jesus were very helpful and solved the issue with no attitude. Safe to say I will not be returning to this store because of the way I was treated by her.

AT&T doesn’t work hardly anywhere. Never have service and NEVER have internet service. 107 and Raul Longoria doesn’t work. Walmart in Edinburg no internet service. McDonald on university no internet service. My home NO SERVICE! If you don’t have Wi-Fi then good luck with this service! Worst decision was to switch. 3 lines almost 300$ for never working phones. Oh mind you the constant dropped calls. It’s the worst service

I visit the store to change my cell phone number and they tell me to pay a fee, I did not know that AT&T charged their customers for this service, an associate tells me that this is not their problem because they are not from AT&T, but they have the AT&T uniform, the store has the AT&T logo, only AT&T equipment and services are sold at the store, these workers do not know who they represent, they do not know what company they work for, but if they wear five AT&T shirts, they are not Professionals, they have no idea what a dealership is and they also don't have adequate training to deal with clients.

This store in particular is a mess. They will lie and tell you anything just to make a sale. I ended up having to cancel my phone service to undo the mess they made on my account.

Would give a 0 but want let you... do not listen these .... they will give you a cheaper plan, it want change your service.. I repeatedly asked. Went from unlimited on home wifi, to it being turned off. Had an old plan now no wifi for at least up to week while they fix this stores screw up to my plan... came in for a another line.... now my account is screwed up!!°°Keep on driving, do not let these people screw you up!!!Ridiculous
