I have seen the redesigned Chevy Trax out and about and decided to check them out. Went to Marshall Chevrolet and met up with Eddie Longoria. Talk about a game changer!!!! They didn’t have the exact features I wanted on the lot but Eddie and his team went into high gear and found me the exact one!! Eddie listened to what exactly I wanted and he delivered!! He got me a great deal and went out of his way to top that!!! Thank you to all the friendly people at Marshall Chevrolet AND especially Eddie Longoria!! Eddie truly makes it easy!!

This review is from my own heart. The salesman that I spoke with worked hard to get it done. He got it figured at a certain amount he was supposed to call me in two days. I gave him three and he never called me back so undoubtedly he did not want to sell the truck after all I was willing to make the monthly payments we had settled on, but he decided not to call me and let me know anything, so I will not be shopping with the store anymore

My experience was very good. Honest and transparent in negotiating and trade evaluation.
I've always hated dealing with car dealerships but sales manager Mike Jones is different from any I have dealt with. Very open and short of showing you the invoice price he leaves nothing hidden and no fuzzy math.
