Drew and Justin, the installers were great! They found my place, showed up on time, replaced glass in two hail damaged windows quickly, then cleaned the glass and work area perfectly. Thank you so much guys!! I will highly recommend Marble Falls Glass & Mirror!

Poor communication and don't do what they say ...such as calling back as promised. After three phone calls to MFG&M and two wasted days to address critical repair to shower purchased from them two years ago I moved on to another local company.

Marble Falls Glass and Mirror is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
We hired Marble Falls Glass & Mirror in February to replace the glass with broken seals in five of our full-lite doors. They broke one piece of glass while installing it; one piece had a bad seal, and the other was installed crooked. In addition, they damaged the frames while installing the glass. I asked for a credit for the three windows with the issues, and they refused.
Michelle, the supervisor, has displayed an unacceptable level of unreasonableness and rudeness. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the company. As a result, we have decided to absorb the $1,172 deposit and seek services from a more reliable door and window company.
Again, we are eating a $1,172 deposit to avoid doing business with Marble Falls Glass and Mirror.
By the way, the price for the glass with the frames through our new glass company is $300 less than the price for the glass panels alone through Marble Falls Glass and Mirror.

Even after I read the reviews I called them anyway because all they other companies I called couldn't do the type of window I needed, after taking off work early to accommodate their time frame, I get stood up on the first appointment, No call no explanation. So, I call them the next day, thinking maybe I was wrong on the date. The explanation I was given OH! we had to reschedule you! (nice of you to let me know) but I do understand everyone is short handed right now. So we reschedule, again I both take off early, after a half hour past the appointment time I call, get the machine, and basically leave a frustrated (but not ugly) message and told them not to bother returning my call as I would be moving on, the next day I get a call to get me on the schedule! seriously unorganized, and total disregard for customers, would never recommend them to anyone!

I don't know if they do good glass work or not, they have not shown up or called yet after scheduling with us twice. I left work early, twice, to wait on them, no show, no call, twice. Hire another company.

I had a great experience with Marble Falls Glass & Mirror. The office was friendly and communicated with me every step of the way. The installers were professional and answered all the questions I had. I am very happy with my windows and shower and will definitely be using them again!

Absolutely horrible. Gave him a deposit in late 2021. Took several months and phone calls to get Christian out to our house. He replaced most of our downstairs windows. A few months later, the master bedroom window began coming apart and we could not close it. Christian came out and admitted the installation was faulty and committed to correct it. Over a year has gone by with countless text conversations and phone calls. Now he simply stopped responding. I will be filling a small claims court complaint to get this resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We recently ordered 4 new shower glass enclosure for a newly built home. This company did an amazing job! Timely, professional, great communication, and very clean! They even took special precautions not to muddy my newly installed carpet during a rainy day install. Would highly recommend!

The follow through with our shower remodel was wonderful the young lady assigned to our project communicated the time frame of our install and while it was a few weeks for our glass to come in the installers did a great job! Very pleased with everything.

We ordered 5 pieces of 1/4 in glass with polished edges and this is what we received. No polished edges and riddled with chips all along the edges. They did not wrap anything, just had these blue pads in between them. I work for a lovely elderly lady in Blanco so it’s 68 miles round trip. We ordered on 1/23/23 and was told by Jennifer that it would be about a week. Called back on 2/6/33, a Monday and was told possibly by Friday. It was ‘ready’ on Wednesday so we drove there and back to find all of the defects and poor work. Jennifer said they could fix/replace the pieces in 20-30 min so we drove back on 2/13 where Jennifer said the edges were polished but apologized for the chips. Alex from the back came up and confirmed the edges were never polished and one piece was so bad it couldn’t be fixed. They offered to deliver them to us since we had already driven up twice and it would take two days. I call the next day to confirm delivery timeframe and was told we would have to pay for delivery. They have no customer service and acted like they were doing a favor for fixing everything that was wrong. Not to mention how they treat the elderly. Find another place to give your business.

ZERO STARS if possible. Have used this company a few times over 15 years. Last two contacts were underwhelming. Had them replace a window. Glazing on window could have been done better by my 8 year old grandson. Called to get someone to come out to fix. NO return call over 3 calls. Called to get them to come out to adjust a shower door they put in. Again NO return call.Girl at front desk acts like you are putting her out by calling. If the front end is this bad, guess what the back end of this company looks like. Skip it!!!

Last June, the glass door for my shower needed to be adjusted. I called Marble Falls Glass as they had done the original install through the contractor who built my home (I was not involved in that process). When they came to do the adjustment, they broke the door. Fine - mistakes happen. A month later they arrived with a new door, that was three inches too large. Fine - mistakes happen. However, many mistakes continued to be made and the process ended up taking six months, six doors, cancelled appointments at the last minute, showing up to my home for appointments they had not told me about and forcing me to cancel whatever I was working on to let them in. Add to this, when I asked why they couldn't just use the measurements from the original installation to fabricate the door, I was told they didn't have the records that far back - the home was built in 2020, so apparently they don't keep records more than a few years. Reading through the other reviews, it would seem my experience is unfortunately the norm.
