I received a recall notice on my 2018 Ford Escape. I have tried to schedule an appointment three times and was told all three times that someone would contact me to make the appointment. I have not been contacted.

Be careful when you leave your car for service. They take your car for personal use. they put it 30 miles in my truck for no reason .also I found dog hair and dirt in my floor Matt
