About 8 months ago they "upgraded" their computer systems and thing have not been the same since. Refills don't go through even though it says they did, they don't notify when a prescription is ready, they can't find prescriptions in my record that I just had filled a month ago.....well you get the idea. If this does not improve quickly I will move to another company. I don't have the time to babysit them to ensure that a ball is not dropped at every step of the way.

I have given this Pharmacy several chances and EVERY time my prescriptions are wrong !! The last straw was while picking up my prescription l noticed the bag was completely wet on one side and the pharmacist said just change the bag. He then said that is wasn't my prescription leaking it was from someone else's. What !? whatever was leaking onto my prescription went thought the bag and had soaked the box my medicine was in. If they are that care free about cross contamination l truly feel l can't trust them with my prescription anymore.

Service wise I would stick to low stars, I mean let me be able to upload the insurance card so u can check it properly and do all your verifications, or, help me understand what exactly you want. Being rude - why?, am a customer, am not bound to learn your requirement.Bad experience- I was spelling my name out to the lady, she takes it down wrong (I know because she repeated it) , so I wanted to upload the card, and she says that my name is wrong, what help would uploading the card do- ?!!, and then I said I will just drop by to avoid confusion, and she repeats I don't understand how it would help but ok...Are u serious? Products wise- this CVS Pharmacy has books, cards, drinks both alcoholic and non, food items, clothing, shoes, toys, and ofcourse, their main thing- the Pharmacy!I hope to give an updated good review which includes the service soon enough.

I don't have a problem with this location but I did have a problem driving by on Christmas and seeing that it was open. What a terrible idea to have employees working on a holiday when they should be home with their families. Whoever had the grand idea to be open on Christmas should be the one behind the register.

I was refused the booster vaccine today by the CVS in Manvel because I didn't meet the requirements, which according to the pharmacist consisted of me having HIV, Cancer, or if I have had an organ transplant. Being a frontline COVID worker didn't seem to matter much to CVS.I'm a nurse who has been working in this COVID mess since the beginning.irony is that once those doses expire, and they will because the vaccine rates for COVID in Texas are incredibly low, the vaccines will be thrown away.I'm trying to play to game, but losing my patience...

The black guy cashier is very rude and full of hatred. You can see how he hates his life and the rest of the world and projecting all his negativism and anger to the customers of CVS in this location. Someone needs to do something with this kind of frontline customer service.

Horrible customer service. Seems like they don't read the new prescriptions when brought in, twice, my mother's medication was wrongly labeled. Useless to talk to anyone, they don't seem to care. Called to let them know I won't be needing their refill service since I'm now with another pharmacy, hardly got a thank you and then the phone hung up. I already have to drive to get to this location, I'm sure an extra mile won't hurt.

Takes a long time to answer phone. They were my favorite and I transferred all prescriptions but they now are as slow or slower than Walgreens.

Worst cvs ever. Pharmacy has no sense of urgency. No one even acknowledges your presence after staring at the for 15 minutes. Cashiers want to tell you their life story instead of completing the sale. People don't go to CVS to watch you stand around and run your mouth. People need a prescription for a reason. Never going back.

Had zero graduation cards (I asked) and the anniversary card section was empty. I have never seen such a poor stocking of cards. The whole reason people come here is for convenience. Lost my business.

This CVS is always so helpful. The store is always clean and organized. The pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy closes at 6 on Sunday's. I drove up at 5:55 pm with a brand new prescription after being at urgent care for the past 2 hours. I expected to just be able to drop off my script and that I would have to go back the next day to pick it up because it was so close to closing time but they filled my script within that 5 minutes. I was so glad. Now that is customer service!!!

This is the perfect CVS for Pearland Silverlake and Pamona neighborhood. Honestly it's in the prime spot because so many cars past here because it's in such a great location where multiple neighborhoods can come here. Cleanliness: (5/5) It's brand new so I'd hope it would be clean! Customer service: (3/5) It's always a hit or a miss with the pharmacy. I feel as if they don't have enough employees working and they are always short staff. Sometimes you get employees who aren't as trained as well as the others. I had an incident where my account wasn't active and they couldn't scan out my prescription for me and I was just there 3 days before that! This was such a headache. But thankfully, the young employee I forgot her name but she had Navy blue scrubs on she figured out why my account wasn't pulling up. She went above and beyond to fix my dilemma so (5/5) for her. When you go inside and check out you'll run into the most talkative and sweetest older lady. She will talk and talk but she's so nice you'll just have a full on conversation with her. She's always there every time I come here. Most CVS pharmacy's are open 24 hours. This one is not. Womp womp.
