Purchased a rifle from the company over 2 years ago based on a 10-14 month lead time. Basically being jerked around over email since…haven’t received anything yet. Almost 3K down the drain. Awful customer service.

Would never buy components from them again. First barrel was wildly inaccurate and I had to pay for shipping to have it replaced. Once replaced I had to pay to have it P/W a second time on my dime. With how they treat they’re customers I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Was apart of a large agency order in Colorado, I believe 14 rifles in total. Was told that due to the large order the lead time would be cut. Wrong. It was an agency purchase and now I am getting pressed by my department because it has not came in yet and haven’t been given a timeline. Just crazy.

Very positive experience. Purchased an OZ9 after much time waiting for one. Functions flawlessly. I've found their other things (barrels,stipples, cerakote jobs etc.) to be of great quality.One downside I keep hearing about triarc is about wait times etc. It seems like the new norm, unfortunately, for just about every company. I have found that the quality is there if you are willing to wait for triarc.

Emailed them asking when I’d receive my rifle, they laughed in my face and told me to kill myself. My favorite organization to donate money to.(Update) Rifle showed up at the ~13 month mark. Gangster piece of machining. Very impressed. Phenomenal gun. Worth the wait? Up to you but I figure most the wait is for the associated drip of the name.

Awesome experience ordering Two intermittent Slide stops from These guys & gals! Nick was a ton of help and a few very nice ladies I wish I remembered their names ! But everyone there was very nice and helpful I had a couple issues ordering from their website via my iPhone they said their platform is more desktop friendly but they helped me out and their product is of excellent quality and worth every penny! They shipped my order fast I ordered on a Monday and I received it on the east coast on Friday.

Dropped almost $4k on a 2011 order in February of 2022. Before placing my order I called to check realistic lead times as the website listed 10+ months and was told there was a good chance they would do better than the quoted lead time. Over 1 year later my order status still shows as processing. For reference, their orders go through 7 steps:1. Processing2. Parts acquisition3. Coating or cerakote4. Assembly queue5. In production6. Packaging7. CompletedI never made it passed the first step. In November of 2022 I was assured that there were only 5 orders to be completed ahead of mine and that I would have my order completed in all likelihood by the end of the year. That promised deadline came and went and my order still showed “processing”. I requested a refund and THAT is still “processing” 6 weeks later despite multiple requests for my money. So disheartening to see the amount of effort put into their marketing and new product lines when existing orders are unfilled. I wanted so badly for the negative feedback surrounding this company to be untrue.

I will never do business with Triarc Systems again.I purchased powercron mags. They would not feed. They were defective. I paid shipping back for RMA. The replacements were also defective. They offered to tune the magazines but require my Staccato C2 in hand to do so. I said no. I paid shipping back for a refund but got charged a 15% restocking fee.During the back-and-forth with their 2011 platform manager, it was disclosed to me that they don’t test the powercron mags because they don’t have a single Staccato in the shop. Go figure.

To say the Triarc Systems Customer Service is great is a complete understatement. They completely went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations in assisting me and answered all of my concerns and questions. To be honest I don’t even feel like a customer. I felt like I’ve known them for a long time. To Nick Eder, thank you so much brother for helping me out I know you didn’t have to, but to do what you did speaks volumes about your character and Triarc systems as a company. And to Noe Benitez, I can’t wait to order a tri11 soon. Thank you for pulling out all of the goodies to show me and chatting it up. You guys earned a customer for life and I’ll always support you! Looking forward to our many transactions to come!!!

Sent out my slide for work/milling. ETA was about 10 weeks and proved to be spot on. Nick was super communicative and reached out for any pending issues or updates. Work is amazing and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a HUXWRX/OSS extended flash hider from them to be able to pin and weld it on a 13.9" build I was working on. First off, they were only one of two places that I could even find it available, so that's a huge plus. HUXWRX doesn't even have it listed on their website.Another plus was the fact that they pin and weld on the muzzle device for free if you send them your upper. If I were to use the same company that P/W a muzzle device on for me last year it would have been $50.UPS delivered my upper to them late morning Tue, 9/6. I received return tracking from Triarc by early afternoon Thur, 9/8.Once received I noticed the upper was sealed in a plastic bag and very well protected in the box. Workmanship was excellent; just a hint of a weld peeking out of the muzzle device pin hole. Very clean looking with no blending or grinding on the muzzle device. They also shimmed the muzzle device so that the pin hole was exactly at 6 o'clock. That may be a standard thing to do, but not necessary since this particular muzzle device does not need to be timed. Whether standard for the task or not, I appreciate the attention to detail.Overall, I was very happy with the price, service, email updates, and communications that I received throughout the whole process.

i’m sure the rifle would have been nice…. but after 20 weeks and it still being on stage 1 (processing) i got a refund. But if youre an IG famous range princess there’s no wait time. Sons of Liberty Gun Works. that’s all ima say.

Ordered from this place with understanding it would be a long lead time. After more than double the website quoted lead time I tried to cancel the order through their email ticketing system. Never got a reply after multiple attempts. Eventually had to chargeback on credit card.Stay away from this company.
