Uneducated and unprofessional staff! It’s a joke I was a bank manger for 6 years! No wonder these people have a 2.5 star rating! I have a business account here and will no longer do business at this location! Very low class people at this branch!

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 12:50. No cars and it took 20 minutes to get a $50 deposit into a savings account when I wrote everything on the paper slip. Either they don’t have enough workers or the two incompetent ones they do have lack customer service skills. Janet and Rudy. The location in cedar hill or in Arlington has much better customer service. The foot traffic at this bank is nearly none existent and yet they have the slowest customer service.

I have been banking with Regions since 2008, the bank and tellers are awesome!!!But at this branch, in Mansfield TX, the bank Manger is a total terror. She has confronted me on more then on occasion. "Why are you here???" " What do you want???" She talks down to me in an aggressive manner. She has blocked me from coming into this Branch, in the entry doors. She is so bad that I try to avoid going to this bank, she has made me feel ashamed for banking with Regions and I am thinking about closing my accounts with them.

Worst bank experience , take your business somewhere else, i used to like Regions i have 1 checking , 2 business acct , is a hassle to do anything i will closing all of them , tire of they BS

Don't do business with this bank!! Regions bank financed our car a few years ago. They lost a $2,000 payment we made. They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.
