“You know this is a different Office Max right away, as compared to all the rest. In other locations you're just a number (that you receive by tapping on a screen) and have to wait for eternity, while the associates ignore you and keep doing their own thing. Only after you go up and remind them that you exist, do they go into action. But this place was so different. And Andrea made all the difference. How I wish Office Max hired more associates like her.
