Called to get billing info and co payment. Tried calling most of day to only be left on hold. When I finally got a representative, she just said refer to insurance and disconnected call not giving me an opportunity to speak. Unprofessional and rude... cancelling appointment!!!

My husband and I came into labcorp today for our biometrics screening and I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jessica, not only was she extremely patient with us (as we didn’t have the correct paperwork) and helpful, she did a phenomenal job drawing our blood, normally you feel a little poke or pinch when the needle goes in but with Jessica neither of us felt anything, it was quick and painless. Thank you Jessica!

Phlebotomy Nelly is OUTSTANDING. She took my blood and I didn't even feel the stick. She also has Great Customer Service skills. It is important to shout out wonderful associates at Lab Corp. Thanks Nelly you get 10's

The people here are extremely rude and no help at all. I brought My NEWBORN baby in for a very simple test, which I was Sent here by his pediatrician to do. They told me they couldn’t do the test and now have me and my son on a wild goose chase trying to find a place to do it. They were so rude and didn’t provide any info at all. Don’t understand why they couldn’t just prick his heel. Now I’m trying to find a clinic because “the hospital downstairs” has no idea why labcorp can’t do the test. They have no respect for their customers or patients. We also live 30 minutes away so it was a waste of gas and time to come here.

I did not have an appointment but was in and out in under ten minutes. Jessica got me in one stick despite my being dehydrated. In addition, they take my insurance so I paid nothing rather than the $200 I'd have been billed having bloodwork done through my doctor's office. Can't recommend them enough!

I took my son in who was very nervous due to bad experiences before and Jessica & Nelly were amazing!!!! He did not even flinch or cry and walked out saying mama we need to always come here when my blood needs to be drawn! I will never go anywhere else for bloodwork!

Checked in on the Express Kiosk, wasn't too long after when I was welcomed in by Nelly who was wonderful, and an expert as I didn't feel the prick at all. The visit was fast and efficient.

Let me start off by saying this was my very first time ever getting blood work done here, usually anytime I get blood work done anywhere, whoever is doing it has a hard time finding a vein and has to stick me more than once. This leaves me super anxious and just all around nauseous anytime I have to get blood work done, imagine my surprise when I was expecting the worst and actually had the most amazing experience! That’s right!!! Getting my blood drawn was an amazing experience here, I do not say that lightly!!! I was very nervous and informed my technician, jessica, that my veins are hard to find, she heard my concerns and instantly put my mind at ease, she literally had my blood drawn within 15 secs and only had to stick me ONE time! She sensed my nerves and instantly made conversation to distract me!!! I will always only come here from now on if I need any labs done!

Love this office! I have been twice and the ladies are so nice and happy to answer any questions you have! I had the pleasure of working with Jessica today along with Nelly about a month ago. This office is very quick and efficient. I actually live closer to a different Labcorp but I drive out of my way to go to this one. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Wait was under 5 min, and my tech Jessica was incredible. I have tiny veins, and she got it 1st try. She was very sweet, and funny. Made it a lot easier to get my blood drawn!
