I needed a new battery. I have never had such fast service. Chase was very polite and professional. I think I was there all of 10 minutes and my service was complete. It has been the same when I have needed an oil change or air in my tires. Glad to have such nice guys so close to home! Thank you. Kwik Kar!!

September 16th I had my oil and fuel filter changed on my F250. On the 17th the fuel hose came loose because it wasn’t put back on properly.
$325 tow to the Ford dealer and a $90 charge to fix this, bleed the air, and clear the codes.
Went to Kwik Kar on September 18th and was told it would be taken care of but that the GM wasn’t there. Copies were made of the reports.
Went on the 19th and was told they can’t reimburse Thursdays or Fridays. Went back a few more times and just got reasons why they can’t make reimburse me “yet”.
A month later and still nothing.
Never going back here again.

Someone who runs the online side of this location needs to be fired. I made a reservation and when I arrived they told me they don’t take reservations. Therefore having to wait behind 3 cars. This cut time into my schedule. Some folks have expectations of setting up a time to have something done and be on their way. This unorganized coordination with scheduling will not bring me back to use the service. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

I had a very good experience with this place . I wasnt even thinking to take my car in since I was 4 hours away from home , but I am glad I did . Rick took very good care of me and what I thought would be a small job turned into a 3 day project. He eased my mind and my worries . Between him sending me updates with pictures on my car, coming in on his day off and Luis completing an entire AC project on my vehicle, I was very pleased with them . I would definitely recommend this place ! They care about their customers !
