I had a hole in my tire, and King Wheel and Tire patched it up quickly and efficiently, with no hassle. Their customer service was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

Very nice, kind, and welcoming people. My boyfriend took his truck to get new tires & wheels and they were so nice from the jump, making us feel at home! They had a nice waiting room kid friendly! Our son was busy the whole time with the toys & tv playing! Thank you guys for being so nice!

I would like to start off by saying that Braden was awesome to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure that our needs weren't only met, but exceeded! The owner Matt, is a great guy and stands behind his product, as well as his word, which is hard to find these days. I was initially frustrated with the lengthy service for my tires and suspension at Kings Wheel and Tire, as the workers didn't provide accurate time estimates. However, Matt, the owner, stepped in and managed the situation effectively. We must remember that nobody is perfect but God. Matt’s commitment to making things right reminded me of the grace we all need to extend to one another. Ultimately, his dedication turned a negative experience into a positive one. Will be going back for all my suspension and tire needs. ✅

Gotta give the most best and honest reviews for this business, went in looking for a good reasonable quote and price for a lift kit for my pops truck. Braden gave me a good deal on a 6 in lift for the truck, once he got done with it the rest was history. Haven’t seen my dad been too attached with a truck in a long time, gotta give major props to Braden and the mechanics on a job well done, will definitely go back for my truck in the near future.???

I dropped off my vehicle for a half-day suspension service, after being told that it would be ready in less than a day – both over the phone a few days prior, and when I dropped it off. A day passed, and no contact. The second day I called, and they said it was currently being worked on. I swung by about 5 hours later during my drive home from work, and the truck was still sitting in the parking lot, untouched.
I went in to get the keys, and the guy said that they were just about to pull it in and get started, but at that point it was too late. He then said that they had been running behind because two of their mechanics were out with the flu (I guess flu is pretty common in Texas during July).
I understand people calling in sick but be forthcoming with that information when you’ve initially promised less than a day – take some initiative and call to let the customer know that it’s going to take more than a day (or two days), and don’t lie to me that it’s currently in work when I finally call to check the status of the job.
I ended up taking the vehicle to the Mansfield Firestone. Less than 5 hours after dropping the vehicle off, they called to let me know the job was complete.

Got my lowering springs installed here on my mustang in February and I've now spent hundreds of dollars fixing what they messed up. When they installed them, i paid for an alignment from them as well. My car was finished around 6:48pm (closing time being 7pm) and i when i left my steering wheel was way crooked and my rear wheels were not flush with the fender. My driver side rear wheel was sticking out about an inch from the fender and my passenger side rear was flush. I forgot to ask for an alignment sheet and I assume they rushed through the alignment or didn't do it at all… and the next day i had to pay $200 for an alignment from a shop i trust. They showed me the alignment specs before and after and Jesus christ they were laughing at how bad my alignment specs were! They got me dialed in and behold my rear wheels were both flush all of a sudden…It was really bad and i have that original sheet as well for proof. Thats not even the worst part… my 2 front struts blew recently and my mechanic found out my springs were installed upside down!! So now this has costed me $$$$. Im so pissed do not bring your car here.

Best Shop & Pricing In DFW!! Zee took care of me and answered all my questions and was patient with me and ended up getting a lowering kit 26 inch Giovanna rims and tires! Can’t wait to install them. Thank you again Zee, will be back for more.
