I had a very bad experience, and I wasn’t going to put them on blast until I just ran into another problem that they caused while servicing my vehicle. I originally took my Camaro in because my air conditioning was making a noise. They told me that I needed a compressor, $976.00. Ok I said do it, but after not having my car for a week, when I picked it up, drove home, my AC wasn’t getting as cold as it should so I took it back and they said it had a leak, in which I had to pay another $106.00 to cover the Freon. Ok, after a couple more days, the AC wasn’t cooling at all, so I took it back again. This time they said they put a bad compressor on it and it was a warranty on the first one. Another couple of days went by and it still was making a noise so I took it back again. This time they told me the evaporator coil was bad and they were going to have to go into the dashboard, that was $1500.00. Ok I said again, fix it and after I got it back this time, it still wasn’t to my satisfaction so I took it back to them for the 5th time. This time they tried to say that the dealership that worked on my car two years previously, put a bad Condenser on it , so they called that dealership for them to replace that, but they expected me to pay another $907.00 for the labor, that’s when I knew that I was dealing with someone that was giving me the shaft. I immediately went and got my vehicle and took it to the dealership like I should’ve done in the first place. Well, now I just ran into a problem where my dashboard lights, fuel gage, speedometer and everything is not working and after paying another $250.00, it was caused when Jeremy’s auto worked on my Evaporator Coil, in the dashboard, and didn’t put it back together properly. Once again, I wasn’t going to do a review, because I’ve always believed that God would handle things, but I want to warn everyone, to be careful before using this place.

Just moved from Seattle to Dallas and had put a lot of miles on the truck on the way. Jeremi’s was able to get me in and out real quick. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable team. This is one of the greatest shops I’ve ever been too. I took my Tesla Model 3 to have the control arms replaced and an alignment. They did an amazing job, and now my car is driving better than ever! If you own a Tesla and have had to deal with a Tesla service center before and are familiar with their pricing and there staff always trying to add more services than needed. Then you need to come check this place out. High quality work, super friendly staff, fast turn around time, and great pricing!!! I will be bringing all my vehicles here for future repairs. Thank you so much to the staff here!

Jeremi's did amazing work on both our BMW X3 and Toyoya 4Runner. They were much less expensive than previous quotes, very communicative about the work process (including text updates with photos), and got the jobs completed efficiently. We will certainly be back with any other auto repairs we need!

From an administrative point, these folks are very organized and don’t waste a lot of time. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the office. They kept me informed on the status of my wait. Everyone in the office seemed knowledgeable, and the car, a 2009 Honda runs great. Well worth what I paid. I will return here if I ever need any further work done.

Jeremi's did a great job and were very helpful when our suburban went down. Every person was wonderful in our time of a stressful situation as we broke down while on a trip. They were a God send. We really enjoyed the communication the first second we walked in. Professional and friendly. Very comfortable leaving vehicle if needed to.
