Donna was amazing! She was so welcoming and very friendly. She made me feel like she genuinely cares about my concerns with my neck and back pain and helped tremendously with relieving most of that pain! She is very knowledgeable and took her time with my massage. I will definitely be back!?

The therapists and facility is nice. Thus, the 3 star rating. However, the packages, pricing, and servicing are not what you would expect. Feel free to do one off massages but DO NOT enter a contract with them. The value is just not there and they’re not very flexible. The staff is very rigid.

This place was not good at all , I’ve had better facials by students at schools . The esthetician needs to learn more techniques.. hers are very bad and it doesn’t relax you at all ! . Her gloves where over sized so that also felt weird
On my skin . I will never go here again I spent 189.00 and it was not worth it ! She also didn’t have any flow .. very sad

My partner and I have not had good experiences here and will likely not be going back. Our first experience here was a couples massage. The massage therapist who was massaging my partner had to leave in the middle of the massage, I'm assuming the bathroom. He was gone for ~10 minutes. He came back and finished the massage but didn't offer to extend the massage for being gone for 10 minutes. As a result my partner didn't get her legs or feet massaged, and we paid for a full body massage.
Recently we decided to give them another chance and book a massage for my birthday. We booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage with cupping as an add on. An hour before the massage, we got a call informing us that the massage therapist available for my appointment did not do cupping but we could reschedule for later in the day. Since we only got the call an hour in advance, we already had plans for the rest of the day so rescheduling that day was not possible. They offered to replace cupping with hot stone for only $15. I'm sorry but if I can't be provided the service I was planning on paying for, I shouldn't be charged for a different add on, it should be complimentary. If that was the only issue, I think I could have moved passed it. I wasn't brought back to the room until 10 minutes after my appointment time. The massage therapist talked with me for a bit about where my pain was and explaining why they felt hot stone was better than cupping. They then had me lay on the table fully clothed to show me some stretches and stuff I can try at home. My problem with this is that I'm not paying for a physical therapy appointment and I don't get massages often. While the advice was coming from a place of good intentions and was helpful, it cut into my massage time. By the time the massage actually started, around 20 minutes had passed. I was then told that she was only going to do light pressure because that was best for relaxing the "guard" and that "today was only going to be an upper body day" because that was were my main issues were.
To summarize, I paid for a 1 hour deep tissue massage with cupping and I ended up getting a 30 minute massage with light pressure and no cupping. I left with knots in my shoulders and back still hurting since it was only light pressure.
The only positive I can say is that the massage therapist have always been nice and friendly as well as the front desk. But when I am paying >$100 I want to get what I am paying for, and when I only get a massage a couple times a year, I don't want to feel cheated on my experience. I wanted this to be my go to massage place since of the convenient location and being close to home but I don't think I will be going back.

Over priced. No other massage therapist in my area charges for prenatal.
So many better non franchise options available

This was the low point in our date night. When I got up after the message, I had the worst headache. Not sure why the lady was in my hair at all. The lady that was with my husband didn’t do half of what mine did and she did some of one side and not the other. It didn’t help that she kept looking at the clock. We will never go here again. Not worth it at all! I wanted to relax not be in more pain.

My wife and I did a Couples Massage. Great experience overall! It’s a bit pricey like most places, and I wish the therapist would’ve used more pressure at time and worked some spots more as needed, but overall, they did well!

Get me a massage at least once a month. Being a hairstylist, it is part of my self care. I like going here. Very professional and definitely have people there that is super good at what they do.

Hand and Stone is THE place to go. I have been a member for roughly 7 years. As a nurse, this is the perfect way to relieve stress in your joints! They have it all here, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone ??

Love this location! I have been to a few different hand and stones, but this one is by far my favorite. Everyone is so friendly and the massages are wonderful!
