We have been customers for years. The company running the location are rude and “forget” to run your payment through on auto-pay…and then charge you late fees. They come up with new rules and violations. When we asked to have our garage door fixed, they ignored and have yet to address it.

New owners didn't know I moved out of the unit when I told the old owners, and they removed me. They persisted in contacting my wife instead of myself as the business owner on the account.

We have been a customer for years, then got this....(Effective June 1st, we ask that you vacate your space by July 7th. Upon completing these newly enclosed units, we will provide you a discount of $15/month for 3 months upon your return. Please reach out with any questions.)Then change the date to the July 6th, and never even offered another spot or options. We miss the original owner he knew how to run a business!

Idk where to start with this review from her NEVER BEING THERE OR HER NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE. Was in process of renting had given all info needed have text proof of that she had a NASTY UNDEFINABLE ATTITUDE when she misplaced the info AND THREATENED me with a police threat ??? she’s a joke! And I pray the owner gets rid of her and her nasty attitude ASAP
