I have been a customer of the Bastrop location for over 10 years and the last several months the service has deteriorated a lot. Always been able to drop off by 9am and get after 5:30 but now that is only available when they feel like it. Again this morning I was there by 8 and told they were done taking same day service for the day. Time for a new cleaners to spend my $300 to $400 per month.

I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I would avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible service.

comet deliberately lied to me. I asked if they could make an alteration by a certain day, and they promised me that they could, while knowing fully well that they would be closed on that day. Don't trust Comet, they are liars

We've used them for years and have always had good,friendly service. They have everything done in a timely manner and sometimes even rush an order through for us. We'll continue to go here for all of our cleaning needs.

The men's suit jacket lapel was pressed incorrectly would not fit right or should I say lay right. Phone listed is dis connected. You have to just go up there. Staff seem friendly tho

Delena not only runs an extremely professional operation; I consider her a friend. Located right next to QT at a main intersection of 1187 and Debbie lane near 287. Has a drive thru so it's extremely easy to pull up and drop off or pick up items. Staff is friendly and my clothes are always ready timely. Very reasonably priced and has discounts for drop off on certain days.

I use to have comet cleaners back in the 90's starting out, but now my wife had been going to this comet cleaners in Mansfield so since I've always had a great experience with comet cleaners I decided to take my jeans in to get heavy starched. At first the lady said oh I apologize for the three pair that were starched wrong ( my pocket was folded) I showed her the two pair that were done correctly and she saw the difference. I went to pick them up today and the lady told me that she called the day before and my jeans were still the same. Then she tried to tell me that they were pressed correctly after I've been getting my jeans heavy starched for years. I am 49 years of age, don't look it but when I tried to tell and explain my point of view that is when I received the attitude. All I could say is that sorry but neither my wife nor I will be back at this cleaners at all...

I have been using this location for years. However, today, I picked up a small amount of dry cleaning. I noticed the bill was more than my normal large bag. I was told the cost for items dropped off on Thursday was more expensive than other days. WHAT? When I complained, no adjustment was made. What a complete bait and switch, especially when there was no signage to advise me of this. As a business owner, I would never treat my customers this way. I will not be back.

I'm not sure if these reviews are really old or what, but I have a positive review for the Comet Cleaners I use. (Debbie Ln)I have been going to this location for nearly a year now. Not only do the ladies who work here know my name and call me by my preferred name when I come in...sometimes they'll already have someone retrieving my order from the back before I walk in.As far as the the other negatives I've read about in these reviews...I haven't had any kind of 'attitude' from anyone working here. I've been treated nicely and respectfully from the first time up until now. My clothes have not suffered any damage, and the few times I've crushed or lost a button, they always have it fixed by the next pickup day. I haven't had any items missing, even the times I've dropped off a bundle overnight in the drop box.My suits and shirts are always clean, pressed, and ready to roll. No weird smells, etc...

Exceptional service! Great business that pays attention to detail and cares about their customers on a personal level. Surprised by old negative reviews but recently learned their is new Management/Owners so ignore old reviews, 10/10.

We have used this dry cleaners for almost 10 years with minimal problems. They changed management earlier this year and we recently had the worst experience and will NOT be returning. They lost the clothes, we were told the manager would call me in 45 min after she checked logs and tapes. She returned my call only after I had to call her back. The following day when my husband went in to try to pick up clothes the same manager said the exact same thing about checking and calling him in 45 min. She obviously had not done follow up, appeared bothered that she had to address the issue. Unfortunate for her my husband stayed until they located which was about an hour but would have been a non issue if she had done it the first time!! Would not use if only for the actions of the manager. Renea W.
