Really disappointed in this company. Tried to make it work and they did not offer enough classes for my wife. And just did not work for me. I made the mistake of paying for training. Scheduled one session and the trainer cancelled saying he would reschedule. Never called back. I called to cancel the membership and was told that even though I did not use any of the training sessions that they would not refund them. They called the training a service and it was not their fault I did not use the 5 training sessions I paid for. Just terrible customer service. Do not fall for this TRAP. Avoid this company.
8/28/2024 Update: So I followed the instructions from the canned response that was given below and there has been no response two days later. I'm not so sure that they pride themselves on service.

I have a bad experience with this gym. It is very dirty. The showers, the locker rooms, need more attention, the bathrooms are too neglected.

Definitely a good environment at this location bit would love for it to either be opened 24hrs or open on time... this is the closest location to me and in no way will I drive 45 mins to another location.. The area is growing and there are many people that would love for this location to open 24hrs.. what must the members do to achieve this?

Why does it say you guys are open at 5am and you’re not. Very frustrating that I drove up here and waited 45 minutes and it still wasn’t open. Please update your hours, it’s very inconvenient when I need to go to work and I can’t get my morning workout. You’ll definitely lose a member if this continues happening.

For the past 2 weeks on Tuesday no one has arrived to open the gym at 5am. Lots of people were waiting outside for someone to open up the gym.

3rd Tuesday that no one is here at Mansfield Gym to open, last Tuesday I was waiting until 6:19 am and still no one to open the gym, sent an email, called the manager and still the same problem, wonder why 24 hrs is getting worse every time.

The only reason I’m given this location a 2 star is because the steam room desperately needs a make up! There rust and wall tiles missing and two steam sensors was missing. Floor and sitting was dirty. This was first time at this location and I was not impressed and disappointed that 24 fitness standards are so low!!!

It’s a good gym but there’s so many flaws that’s overpowering the good in it. If your not going to change your hours back to 24 hours then please change your name. It is shocking that this gym closes at 9pm on Fridays, 10pm during the week, and 8pm on the weekends. We were rudely interrupted by an employee during our workout and told us to leave due to closing. Would not recommend this gym if your looking to workout during night hours.

24 hour fitness, but close at 9 on Friday and 8 on Saturday and Sunday. Hours are horrible.

Fitness instructor Ania Conway is phenomenal here at 24 hours, and the staff at are also great ! They are always available to assist with any needs. Great place to workout specially Ania's fitness classes. im for sure planning on being here for years to come ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These negative reviews are not what I experienced. Very clean, well lit and open. I got to 24’s all over dfw and this one seems to be one of the best maintained. Any negative feedback I would have are so minor it’s not worth mentioning

Female manager is a Karen in the making, not good for business. I’d recommend the brand new LA fitness on sublett rd super friendly no questions ask regarding the free 3 day pass.

Obviously not 24 hours. When we got here at 10 30pm, there was a black hatchback/suv parked right infront of the building with no other cars in the lot. We saw two people working out in there. Must've been the owners because as we let my husbands phone charge and a few minutes later come up to the door and its locked with no black vehicle in sight anymore. Change your business name to something else please. I got the membership just to come at this time and take care of myself because with my schedule, this is the time l have to take care of myself at the gym. I got so excited with my husband for nothing and I'll be sure to cancel this membership first thing tomorrow. Shame on me for thinking 24 hour was still 24 hours....-.-

When I first moved from DC… started going here. That was 6 years ago. Went in with a buddy the other day, nothing has changed. Mgmt here must be absent or don’t care. I even tried to come back after the credit card debacle they had a few years ago. Men’s room still smells, equipment broken on every row, pool not serviced… what a drag. Why and it’s so simple to fix or hire good people who WANT to be there. If you go to any other 24 Hour Fitness in the DFW area, this is the worst one. Not making this up and I had hoped things would change. They have not.

nothing like the smell of urine in the bathrooms ....multiple machines broken down- sauna has not been operational for ages..seems like I give them my money every month but the place is very unclean and no maintenance being done
