We have used and recommended Rick Lazarus for several projects for our home now. I always appreciated the quality and attention Rick and his team put into their work. We plan to continue using Rick for future projects since we’ve gotten to know him so well now.Specifically, we’ve hired Rick to do an interior office build out, full kitchen remodel (minus cabinetry), roof repairs, ceiling repairs, and other misc projects. All of them have been done well and we’re very thankful for his work.Additionally Rick is a great guy and his team and subs have been awesome. We’ll be giving him a call again soon.

Lazarus Remodel has been helping me maintain my rental in Round Rock for four years. I sometimes have just small things to take care of on the rental, but they are they always quick to respond and help me keep my rental in perfect condition. My wife and I have used Lazarus Remodel for a variety of projects in recent years, and we have been so pleased, every time. Rick is such a genuinely nice guy, and so easy and pleasant to work with, and he is super knowledgeable. Also, anyone he’s sent out to our home has been fantastic, and has done a wonderful job. Furthermore, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and the work is always done in a timely manner. We are so grateful to have someone like Rick and his team of folks available to us, to address any kind of home improvement project we might be looking to do. Rick and his team are personable, professional and honest. I have worked with them on four complete home remodels and two partial remodels. Rick is great with explaining the process and letting clients know what to expect. Rick takes great care of his subcontractors and they reward him with loyalty and results. His team members and subcontractors are respectful and trustworthy and they get the job done. Many times during our remodels I needed advice or direction and Rick was always there to cheerfully advise and collaborate. He answers the phone, she shows up, his prices are fair. I used Lazarus Remodal for our kitchen and laundry room remodel and I am so glad that I did. Rick Lazarus is an honest, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent.He has a crew of guys or a connection for every piece of the project. Every sub-contractor he brought to the job friendly and professionals.From gutting the kitchen (and laundry room) to putting the finishing touches on everything, it was the best experience I could have asked for. I hired Rick's team for urgently-needed fence repairs. Despite their currently heavy workload, they came by the same day I called, developed a quote, and began work the following day. Richard managed the onsite work and was prompt, communicative, and did excellent and high quality work for a great price. Highly recommended.

We went thru a full updating/remodel two years ago and the biggest pain point of the entire experience was finding a contractor that was a straight shooter. Unfortunately after listening to every company and deal out there I was lucky enough to come across Rick Lazarus. Rick demo'ed our floor and baseboards installing a new wood floor & did it in the time frame he committed to at the define price. Rick's lead on our job was Jose Juarez and Jose was diligent in tracking his team and the quality of the job they were doing in every phase. After this success I engaged Rick to replace a fence and do some deck work and his guy Richard was as good as Jose was on the floor. None of this happens without Rick's willingness to be direct and frank on what to do and how to do it as well as cost. As a plus Rick has a sense of humor, can laugh at the silliness of unending a household while also focusing on the end game of a completed job in a high quality manner. If you don't want to deal with big box retailers that always want to give you a deal "if you do it today" or many of the other "deal folks" out there ,call Rick. We were very satisfied and have already passed on other jobs to Rick as a result of his effort in our home.Service: Remodeling
