I hate this Walgreens I really do. If CVS took my insurance I would be there. Last week I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my prescription and it was not ready. Then today I went to the drive thru again. There were two cars ahead of me. I waited 25 mins!!! I would have left but I sandwich in ?
My suggestion if it seems that maybe a person may require more than 5 minutes ask them to go wait inside. There is no reason this should have happened whatsoever! Ridiculous!!!

Horrible pharmacy. Called and was put on hold immediately. Continuously put me on hold after the line would start ringing again. 12 min later someone picked up the phone and then hung it up.

I have been seen here by multiple staff members and they have always been helpful, prompt and very pleasant to work with. Clean store, convenient location for the Magnolia/Woodlands area.

The pharmacy staff are horrendous, don't even acknowledge you. Sat there and stared at her computer like no one even existed at the counter.

Refrigerated system has been down for 1-2 years. Pharmacy team is good. No one typically works in the photo section. Overall it appears that Walgreens corporate team does not pay attention to this store.

My family has been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for the last 6 years, and they have always been kind and helpful. Even the couple times a medication was out of stock, they helped me transfer the Rx to another pharmacy and took time to thoroughly answer my questions. The pharmacist recently called just to check on my husband to make sure he was handing a medication well since it can have side effects. We have been happy with this pharmacy.

Buyer Beware! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist and her staff were extremly rude to my Dr.and was very racist towards my husband while he attempted to pick up medications that my life depends on. She refused to fill the medications after filling them for a year, without issues, until my very obviously non Caucasian husband tried to pick up my medications. i had several seizures and was admitted to the hospital because of the pharmacist's very obnoxious power trip and racism. I do not pull the race card ever. But Brandy made it blatantly obvious when she refused to follow my Dr.'s orders to fill it, suddenly, out of no where. She put my life at risk and caused my family to endure unnecessary trauma watching me have scary seizures that would have resulted in a stroke had I not gotten to a hospital in time. I have taken my business elsewhere and will not ever spend 1 penny at any Walgreens ever again.

I'd highly encourage going to any other pharmacy besides this one. Inconsistent information, heavy delays, rude staff.

Made a appointment for a school vaccine. Waited over 30 minutes for help. This is the reason i avoid Walgreen as much as possible!!
