I have had such a great experience. I drove an hour to bring my Jeep. I felt like they knew what they were doing and worked hard on my Jeep. I do a lot of work on my Jeep myself and my dad is a mechanic but this was a big job my dad and I didn’t have time for. Todd’s didn’t fluff up the bill or try and sell me something I didn’t need. As a woman I truly appreciate them. I will be back.

went to this place recommended by someone else for a diagnosis. The car wouldn't start when IT WAS HOT, They diagnosed it and told me it was the starter They changed it. The car continued with the SAME PROBLEM I returned with the jeep again with the same problem to have it checked and then they called me to tell me that it WAS A RUSTY CABLE that had to be changed. and that it had an additional cost with which I did not agree because they had already given me a BAD DIAGNOSIS of the starter WHICH they made me CHANGE AND spend time and money, THEY should have assumed THEIR RESPONSIBILITY without ANY COST. The response of the OWNER of the business BY PHONE was terrible towards me as a customer, telling me to go PICK UP the Jeep because they were not going to GIVE me a WARRANTY that I had to PAY again to correct the problem, throwing the phone in my face because I did not agree, it is a lack of respect and professionalism, it is obvious that they do not take the customer as the center of the business, which for a company the most important thing is customer service and satisfaction, AND NOT ONE APOLOGY was offered when I went to pick up the JEEPServices: Electrical repair

Finding a good mechanic can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but Todd and his team are among the best I've ever come across. They work quickly and stand behind everything they do.Todd will work on just about anything, but he is a master of jeeps. He is the only shop I let touch my Wrangler.

I highly recommend bringing your Jeep or other vehicle here. Todd and his crew were upfront and honest from the start. Todd did something that shop owners don't do, he originally estimated 10k to fix my Jeep then helped me with other ways to fix everything and brought the price down to about 7k. Todd worked with me to prioritize mandatory vs things that can wait. They stayed patient with me even when I add things to the list. After I was all paid up, with keys in my hand they continued to answer questions and explain the new parts that were installed, they even programed the reo system for me. They worked hard and earned a customer for life.Services: Tires

Very nice and helpful people there! Had someone hit me and they are fixing my Jeep so after I get it back if everything is good then I would definitely raise it to 5 stars! Well, unfortunately when I got it back it's wasn't good!!They had responded to this review at one point but must have deleted it. All the repairs were not done and they said they did all the repairs that the insurance company would allow and pay for. That doesn't explain why the insurance company is paying someone else to finish the repairs that weren't done and it certainly doesn't explain the subpar work that was done on the repairs the were done!

Todd charged me $125 for him to come up with the cost of repair. It is not "diagnostic" cause I know exactly what needs to be repaired, and he did not inform me of the surcharge beforehand. Apparently, he realized thad he evaluated his services too low for him, so he charged extra $4 on top of that to compensate himself for this great inconvenience. Very polite though, so here's one star for that. Cheers
