My fiance made an appointment to get his emergency breaks fixed then when to call to make sure he had said appointment and the lady who answered the phone had a very rude attitude then when brought to shop obviously have to wait till the part comes in which I understand but if someone calls for an update they expect an update so when they finally fixed the issue because mu fiance was wanting updates they decided to longer what his business after going there for almost a year and spending 1000s of dollars there. This is his only vehicle btw so he has every right to call for updates considering the fact that he needs his car to get to and from work just like everyone else.

These guys are amazing! This place is my husbands GO TO! I went with him today and I see why. Very friendly, don’t try to cheat you out your money saying so and so is wrong with you car and will go to the extra mile!! Decent priced too! (The Woodruffs) y’all will probably know who with this name lol ? great work guys!!!

Placed an huge Uber eats order from a location 30+ minutes away and after delivery took the entire tip away. Really disrespectful.

I definitely recommend Magnolia West Lube and Auto. They are very kind and helpful. They don’t try to take advantage of you like other car shops..Justin was great along with the other guys that helped me out. They got me in quick and were willing to work with me to get my cars needs addressed and fixed. They were very understanding of my situation and made me feel heard and welcomed. After other local places messing up my car/being careless with my car and only in it for the money…Magnolia West will be the only place I go from now on. Thank you!!

Dropped off my truck to be looked at 3 days later, it never made it in the shop. No one could explain why. Sad sad sad

I was on vacation last week and went here to get an oil change before driving back to Maryland over 1500. Miles. I expressly asked the man at the desk to make sure my car was taken care of since I have had stripped plugs, etc awhile back. After leaving TX I noticed a small puddle of oil the next morning. I checked the oil and it still showed on the stick. The next morning at the hotel I noticed more oil, after getting home, I went out to check and there was no oil in my car. I took it to my mechanic and the oil filter housing had a broken knob. This caused the leak and oil had coated the entire undercarriage of my car. Needless to say it’s at the shop, they are ordering the part, redoing the oil change and have to wash the oil off the undercarriage. This is a Lexus and I haven’t gotten the bill yet but it will be about 500. So glad I made it home. But I can’t recommend this service. J Pfister

Carl takes care of all my vehicles. He's honest and dependable and has a great crew. Hard to find good mechanics with those qualities. They can fix anything on your vehicle. I recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! My family and I live off our small business we own. We get by. Our car broke down and this place charged us over $1500 for services and our vehicle still doesn’t work right. Every time they had my car they would not answer my calls or ever call me like they said they would. They do not care about you yet only their wallet. After complaining my car didn’t work after the major repair they just ordered me a special cap and charged me $50 and that was it. Still doesn’t work right. Now we are out $1500 and a vehicle that wasn’t worked on and repaired correctly. Also this place could care less about it. The lady up front missing teeth never calls you back or answer messages she needs to learn that people have families, businesses, and lives! TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO AVOID GETTING SCREWED OVER
