Consider exploring other options. I brought my vehicle in for a brake diagnosis, and when I got it back, the brakes were actually worse—grinding and rubbing days after they inspected it, despite their claim that "we couldn't find anything wrong." They charged me for new rear rotors and pads, but took no responsibility, even though the vehicle was in their shop for two days and was quiet before the visit. It’s disappointing because I liked the staff and appreciated the courtesy shuttle they offer. However, their lack of integrity and accountability means I’ll be looking for a different service provider from now on.

These guys are incredible. I've gone in twice now for service and both times I was told the service is not needed yet. Brakes? Not needed yet. AC fixed? Nope. One simple tweak, no charge, AC blowing cold again. That's exactly how you find out how honest an auto shop is... You go in asking to pay for a service and you are told we don't want your money because it's not needed yet. Our entire family and four cars are customers for life!

And just like that, they ruined a relationship and a referral source. Took my car in for one minor issue and came out with a bigger issues that was not addressed. Now they are telling me they told me about the problem. Do I fix the minor issue or the issue which can affect my motor? If I was told about the major issue I would have made a wiser decision than drop a grand for something that could be put on the back burner. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your vehicles here. They are not the shop I’ve used in the past and won’t stay to find out if they rectify their negligence.

Funny, I was never offered a free diagnostic. I was told the diagnostic was $139. Matter of fact you never called me to address any other issues to my vehicle even after I spoke to both of your “managers”. I had to remind them about the headlight and they took another 2 hours to fix that. You happened to speak to me after I called you all back for my old alternator. Why? Trust was broken when you all did not address the concern and tried to convince me that you did. What is going here, is that your shop dropped the ball and refuses to own up to it. We know cars can have multiple issues, you just fail to address them properly.

I highly recommend Magnolia Auto Specialist! I have taken my Jeep Wrangler here for various repairs the last few years; and they've always fixed the problems. But what has impressed me even more is they stand behind their repair work warranty. Almost a year ago they replaced the thermostat. Earlier this week it started sticking so my engine was overheating. I called Jeremy and he immediately took care of me. Had my Jeep in and out same day; and no cost. Great customer service, always friendly, and competitive price. Check'em out. You will be happy you did. A quality auto repair shop you can depend on and trust!

I have always used this mechanic for the last decade. I have also referred so much business to them like Total Pool Care and so many more other pool companies.
After my experience this morning I won’t be referring anyone else nor using them. I went in to have my AC checked and to have the radiator replaced but they wouldn’t even allow us to make an appointment nor would they touch my car bc my husband had put stop leak in the radiator so we could get by til we had enough money to get it in the shop. I was willing to spend a few grand + to have them fix my car. The fact is I wasn’t treated like a loyal customer and that’s not ok. Business is word of mouth and this mouth will be shut for now on.

Good auto technicians. I went with my mini and they did a decent job for 1/3 rd of vendor fees! Though there weren’t able to hide my service notification on dashboard!
