I was in a hurry and had to quickly drop off a large package. Robert was super kind and went out of his way to help me pack up my package and made the process so quickly. He went above and beyond!

It is frustrating to have someone repeatedly and maliciously change your mail to a different address. We've had so many boxes delayed or lost due to it. However, Posts Master David and our mail carrier team have worked tireously to continue to correct this issue. I ❤️ our small town post office.

The lady at the window was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We are enjoying all the areas we have visited in Texas and especially enjoying the friendly people here. We are also amazed by all the beautiful wild flowers blooming everywhere!!!

What a great old original post office in small town Texas. It's good to see they didn't " modernize" in the 1960s when everyone was tearing out the old. You will find an original old wooden vestibule entry, brass Po boxes of yesteryear and clerks in wooden bared windows to serve you. Yes!

Well I had package and the key was stuck in the so I call the post office and told them what happened and they came and took care of it right away because I live in Apt. I'm not close to the mailbox I was afraid that I was going to lose my order but the mailman save the day and he got my package and came to bring it to my door I'm very thankful for what he did thank you sir thanks to our local post office.

We sent an envelope via "Priority Mail" (tracking) from La Porte, TX to Kingsbury, TX (got delivered by Luling Post Office). For some reason it went to Illinois (good thing we had a tracking number). So, I called the Post Office Help line and they put in a "Service Request". They didn't really explain what that meant - but okay...Somehow it started making it's back to Texas - and when it was in Austin - I got a call (voice message) from David at the Luling Post Office stating that they were tracking my package and that it should be delivered by the next day. Well, I got a call the next day from David (actually talked to him this time) and he was calling me to let me know that they had the envelope and it would be delivered that afternoon. Even had the carrier ask me if i wanted it put in the mailbox or out by the gate. So yeah, three days late ain't great - but it was good customer service in response to the situation. So, the five stars is for the Luling Post Office customer service!

We have had 3 packages in the past 2 days "delivered" but not in our mailbox or by our door. It is nearly impossible to get any help without a tracking number which makes this very frustrating. USPS needs to take a look at who is running the routes and what is going on.
