After being told it would be at least an hour wait to get my slow leak fixed at Discount, i decided to give Mavis a chance. The front desk employee and technician were knowledge and helpful. On top of that, i was in and out in less than 30 min. Will be back again!

I have been 3 times for a front end align. And it still pulls to the right. I could not recommend these guys. For front end alignments, it seems that even after three times they can't get it right.
Somehow I don't seem to think that they understand every time you have to go back and get it done again. Regardless, if they do it free or not, it still cost you time and money out of your day to stop everything you're doing to redo something that was not done right in this case. The first three times.
I would not recommend.
I would also like to add that. It's a regular Ford Vehicle That is very, very common on the road. You would think this should not be a problem to Align.
I'm sure they're good for fixing flats. And things like that but beyond I could not recommend.

Stopped in with an emergency flat on my Camaro. Would not mount a used tire I furnished, and the guy tried the old sales manipulation tactic that he only had one tire in stock my size and it was $295.00 for one tire. Last place I would go if I were you.

I was on my way to work this morning, heard some noise and then all my tire pressure lights came on. I stopped at Mavis to see if they would check to see what it was. Wayne checked it out & told me it was a 2 inch nail. And he was gonna fix it for me & get me on my way to work. So nice & friendly. I highly recommend you give them a try. They are under new management and he is amazing.

Chris at Mavis tires treated me right. Great person to deal with. 3rd time doing business here and I don't regret it. Had an alignment the first time, 2 tires last time, and 3 tires this time. Ty Chris and everyone else at Mavis tires. Can't say enough.

Our car was showing a tire was low on air. Checked the area for tire repair locations, and most were closed due to being a Sunday. Mavis was open so we headed there and was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff. The screw that ended up in our tire was in a non repairable area. Replacement tires were installed as per their recommendations and we are headed down the road as “happy campers”. This store is clean and waiting area very comfortable!!

Had an emergency with a tire on my daughter’s car while she was in Lufkin late one evening. She was close to Mavis so I called them and they took care of the situation for her without any problem. Wouldn’t even let me pay them for it. As a dad, who was an hour away, I was very appreciative of them taking care of her so quickly.
