Don't recommend no one to get an oil change from these guys came here for a simple oil change and left with a oil leak that I never had then they wanna tell me I been having a oil leak what a bunch of clowns will never go there again or recommend anyone to go to them

Went in on 5/10/2024 everything was good till I looked at the recipe they recommended a new cabin air filter but yet didn't ask me nor did they check it,front an rear tires say checked but again body checked the pressure,wiper blades checked an again nobody checked them, now I'm sitting at another oil change place to go over everything to make sure they didn't forget to put something back or what not,so wouldn't recommended them at all

Went in on 4/30/2024 to get an oil change and have air filters replaced. Upon completion of the oil change I started my vehicle and noticed the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was not filled and asked the technician if he filled it and he said he did which clearly he did not. I pulled out and drove down Indiana and made it to 114th and Indiana when my check engine light came on. The vehicle being fairly new with 17k miles on it I drove directly to the dealership and called tanner at rapid and told him what was going on and that I felt it best the dealership take a look at it. Fast forward to today 5-6-2024 the dealership called me and said that there was no engine air filter and the housing lid for the air filter was not screwed down. I called tanner at rapid and he insisted it was the air flow sensor and I explained to him that it did not have an air filter period and that’s what triggered the check engine light. He said he would call back after talking to him and I did not receive a call back. So I’m out $320 for services that were never done/completed by rapid and down a vehicle for the past week with a possible bill from the dealership as that doesn’t fall under warranty.

Went to try and have my car inspected and was failed because they said my window tint was too dark and eyebrow was too low even though it had previously passed inspection the year prior with the same tint and eyebrow from the dealer that I purchased it from. I have taken my cars to Rapid for inspections in the past (7 years) and I have NEVER once had my window tint tested. And on top of that the technician was rude and not very friendly when I was explaining that it had previously passed inspection with the same tint.
So I went down the street to Take 5 and had no issues with my inspection and my tint wasn’t tested or eyebrow looked at and was passed. At the end of the day I won’t ever go back to Rapid and won’t recommend them to anyone.

Services were good, they seemed a bit slower than other places but that could maybe seem that way cause we were in a rush, other than that, everything went well got us taken care of.

Went there two weeks ago, pull up to the lane behind another vehicle being serviced. The lane to the right (empty, no vehicles) blocked by a cone. A technician rudely kicks the cone out of the way andd yells at us to move over there. This is my daughter's first time there and she was in the driver's seat with me in passenger. We both felt that the tech was rude and even their manager or supervisor was rude with me while I pointed out the rudeness.
I will never go there again, I hope you go out of business. Should have known it was a sloppy store due to your torn sign outside and employees playing on their phones which is ironic because theres a sign stating that customers should be on their phones.
Close your store or fire everyone and renovate the ugly place.

I made a post 2 days ago about a bad experience well Tanner the manager called me to discuss this , apologize and refund me a portion of my bill. I stopped by today for him to check what they didn’t although we had already filled everything. He also gave me $20 and several $5 off coupons. He more than once apologized. I have to say not sure another oil change business in town would have done this . So I will give them another chance. Thanks Tanner
